This is a huge conference hotel, not cute or boutiquey at all, which was fine as I knew that going in. The beds are very comfortable, clean white sheets, AC was adjustable, silent at night, they brought me a hot water carafe for tea, and you can alk to some vry good local food places where I found the best tamales around.

The TV was just a TV, nothing smart about it, and no international channels. The fridge was useless, it was actually warmer in there than in the room. WTF. For this level of hotel I expected an actual fridge. It's a huge complex where this hotel is located, not convenient to come and go.

Well located. Part of a large complex with convenience stores, a department store and coffee shops. Ample rooms, clean and equipped with coffee maker and all a business traveler needs. Laundry is delivered in the evening of the same day (very convenient). Good shower. Staff has a good attitude. Has a gym.

Restaurant is no good, almost a downer: few options, poorly made (burger was a disaster). If you have dinner plans, prepare to leave with your clothes smelling like smoke (they didn’t bother to install a proper exhaust system). Gym has just the bare minimum (dumbbells and that’s it) and the cardio equipment is old and outdated.

We loved our room and the view was fantastic. It was a business location so it was pretty dead on the weekend and at night. But, we found nice restaurants in the mall and it was a short Uber to San Pedro. We also really loved Raul and Alfredo who gave us fantastic recommendations and helped us find activities.

The location was very safe but it was just very quiet at night and over the wekeends.

The room was very comfortable. Shout out to Raul who was exceptional and made our stay wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

It was very difficult to find the lobby and parking. The signage is inadequate. Raul accompanied us or otherwise we would have been lost Dinner upstairs was slow service and food was cold when it arrived. Again, staff were lovely just not as attentive. We would stay here again except we travel with our dog. Staff was welcoming but not a great place for a dog. Not hotels fault, in the city, little green space.

I had a phenomenal stay at the Fiesta American Pabellon M. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great location. Rooms are furnished nicely. Front desk staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable, speaks really good English, and offers great customer service (friendly, smiling, etc). I will be staying here again!

Good location, great service. People are kind And it's clean. Bedroom has a good space.

The cost of the parking lot per night is too expensive to be México, also that should be included in the cost per night. It's supposed that the hotel has a view to the cerro de la silla. But we can't see it.

That staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking over to the Macroplaza.

I wish I would have been notified before arriving about how to park my car. It was very difficult, and only by getting the help of an attendant in the lobby was I able to successfully park.

the view from our room was fantastic, we were able to contemplate the night lights of Monterrey and el cerro de la silla at daylight .

the long distance from the parking lot to our room was a little inconvenient.

The location at Pabellon, at Monterrey’s old historic heart was very convenient for me. My client’s businesses and meeting venues were all within walking distance of Fiesta Americana’s location

Nothing really. Was the perfect hotel for me. Clean, modern, convenient, and of good value for money.

i loved the location. my family and i attended to an event in the auditorium so the location was key. also the staff was very friendly and willing to help as much as they could.

the only thing we didn’t like were the elevators that were slow but other than that the place was great.
