Everything was there for your stay. Loved the towels were changed daily. Staff helpful and friendly. Short drive to Echuca city.

The top sheet had a wearing hole in it, in the middle of part of the sheet towards the top of the sheet. I didn't think to pull the bed apart to see if there were more holes, but I wouldn't be surprised. The sink taps were very hard to turn off, so they were dripping.

The spa was nice, although there were several tiles that had come away from the grout. There was mould on the bathroom wall. The bed was comfortable. There was no smart TV just a regular one,

The gardens were a mess, weeds all over the place and debris from trees in the corners of the car park. Mould on bathroom paint, there is a crack in the floor where you can see the ground underneath the motel room, cracked tiles in the spa.

Welcoming staff at reception. The rooms were spacious and the facilities straight forward. The beds were comfortable with good basic bathroom linen and average toiletries. Great layout of the motel with parking and access to rooms. The major highlight is definitely the fabulous pool. It was such a welcomed chance to relax and it was in top condition. Value for money and sage to say above average accommodation.

Older premises in an established garden. It was scrupulously clean and set up as well as could be expected. We had everything we needed. Towels and sheets were thick and well laundered and they serviced the room every day.

It was a bit noisy. We expected the traffic noise as it is on a main highway. Unfortunately we were next to the laundry and the cleaning staff used the glass table under our open window for their keys and parenpheniala, talking loudly the while. We didn't get the sleep-in we craved. Also the cistern in the bathroom ran annoyingly all day and night.

Receptionists was very obliging swapping her car to the room allocation and allowed us to park our larger car in the private carport giving space to open our doors.

The access to the veranda and rooms is set at a central point but no steps to access either end. Can be difficult when passing other room table and chairs with heavy bags

The swimming pool was the highlight for us, the water could have been heated but we made do. The location was also perfect, everything was very close and easy to get to.

Shower head needs to be replaced desperately, also a suggestion would be to have fly screens/security doors installed for extra privacy since the motel is right on the main road.

The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The bed was comfortable. The spa was clean and roomy. The outdoor decking to the room had a gate which took you directly into the pool area. It was access only for this particular room. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

there wasnt a light over the spa area. The outdoor decking and the plant surrounding the decking was in need of some maintenance.

the lounge was crap so uncomfortable and people staying next door smoking and making noise outside my room late at night.

Great value. I stayed 2 nights, change of plans. The second room was much better than the first which I think was number 6.

Nothing but when I went back later in the day to rebook, they said the room hadn’t been made up and that was late in the day. I asked for a new room with fresh sheets and more importantly towels.

Room was older styled, but fit for purpose. Small fridge, microwave, friendly staff

The only down side and it is a very small inconsequential thing in the grand scheme of things and nothing to reduce the experience rating but that smell of the cheap and nasty deodorisers the cleaners use in the room is never nice.
