Rooms were neat and clean. Check-in , check-out was smooth. We had booked apartment and family room. Both had amazing views. Not a feedback for hotel but a note for other travelers - the whole spiez town is very beautiful but is on a hill so u need to walk uphill when going from lake to hotel and hotel to train station. Both are short 5-10 min walks but may not suite elderly or folks with knee issues.

We didn't know apartment and family room were in separate buildings. Would be great of description mentions it. 1 bathroom in family room had no window or exhaust. Breakfast had very few options compared to other places we stayed at during our travel. We had to pay separately for eggs. During our 5 nights stay beds were never made as part of room cleaning for family room.

I must say that the staff is very friendly- not in an overly promotional way, but as genuinely nice people. They give you enough space, yet are always helpful when you need them. I wanted to cancel my stay due to illness, which could not be issued, but despite my condition, it turned out to be one of my best holidays. Thank you all again! One amazing aspect was the breakfast; it was very tasty and offered great value for the money we paid. Overall, I am satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing is perfect, but if people are phoning on the floor, you can hear it in the room. It doesn't happen very often, but just so you know, the rooms are not necessarily the most soundproofed. But, most of the time it is quiet, and the hotel is family-friendly too.

It's located in the center of Spiez, with a fantastic location and an amazing rooftop view. The staff, especially the gentleman who worked in the kitchen during the morning shift, were incredibly helpful. Their breakfast was also excellent.

The room is quite small, and some of the facilities, like the water bottle, kettle, and cups, were not very clean. The bedding also didn’t seem very clean. Our room was on the third floor, which meant the ceiling wasn’t flat, making the space feel even smaller.

Everything was absolutely brilliant!! Staff was warm and helpful and the location of the property was just right! Andrea had such a calming presence. The tiny things like being considerate towards food wastage, free coffee and drinks and other stuff really touched our hearts! The views from the terrace are breathtaking!! Already looking forward to coming again. Will definitely tell everyone we know about our wonderful experience. Well done la belle vue! Well done!

Absolutely nothing!

A large well appointed room in a convenient location. A fault on our phone resulted in us not receiving check in codes but the staff in the cafe quickly made us welcome, had our details waiting and showed us round the hotel. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but our visit to the hotel's nearby bistro to celebrate my wife's birthday was very friendly, delightful and delicious.

No complaints. Two people had to be friendly in order to squeeze into the small lift but that was something to joke about.

The room was perfect for what we were looking for. We traveled by car to every location (Interlaken, Murren Funicular, and other areas). Best thing for us was that the location had daily parking (for a charge) and had wonderful breakfast, pastry, and coffee options. We aren't much of the types to enjoy touristy lodging areas so this was very comfortable for us.

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay. If there is anything that we can comment on is that there is no AC, but many of the places in Switzerland are like that. Everything was perfect and we fully recommend it.

Everything! This was my second visit to La Bell Vue Boutique Hotel and it won’t be my last. I loved every moment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. From the welcome drink to all the checkout, it’s the perfect stay. My highlights are definitely the spa (definitely recommend) and the breakfast. Thank you so much to the La Belle Vue Boutique Hotel, especially to the young lady with the black hair and fringe (so sorry I didn’t get your name but you were amazing). I will be back!

Hotel room with superb views of the lake and mountains. Super comfortable bed. Water pressure of washroom is strong. Andreas is the nicest person, explained everything to us and was very accommodating, making sure our needs were met. A walk towards the train station but we had gigantic luggages — so it was a workout haha. There’s free coffee in the common area. They also have a nice breakfast cafe in the hotel.

Every single thing! Very welcoming staff. Super helpful I have no words but gratitude! We had originally booked another place in Spiez but due to an unfortunate event the host cancelled our booking and we had no where to stay. We booked and checked in during late hours of a freezing cold winter night and my goodness! John came and personally recieved us and welcomed us. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment. We were mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted. He welcomed us and made us feel at home. Next morning we had breakfast and the cafe is not to be missed. We finally enjoyed an aussie style coffee in Switzerland. The staff was amazing! There was a kids play area and lovely food with breath taking views. I've never felt more at home before! The staff looked out for us and constantly checked to make sure we didn't want anything. We felt loved and wanted ❤️. John & his team are a hidden gem 💎 and we would be sending our friends here and coming back again.
