Tempranillo Apartment, good view, Internet, kitchen, bathroom, beds are very good. Good communication with the manager.

Just a heads-up for future travelers: there are about 25 steps leading down to the room entrance, which might be something to consider if you have heavy luggage or accessibility needs. Regarding parking, the nearby pizza restaurant offers free parking from 10 PM to 10 AM, and the staff is super friendly. Outside of these hours, there is paid parking available around the roundabout close to the apartment. Also, note that there is no reception, so having a mobile phone is necessary to open the door through an app. Housekeepers should also make sure to clean inside the oven.

Beautiful little boutique apartment with a fantastic balcony and view. The apartment is very close to the station, it is beautifully decorated and has a gorgeous view of the lake & mountains from the private balcony. This quiet apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom in excellent working order and the room is comfortable. The Self check in instructions were clear and easy , and lucky for us they allowed us early check in which really eased our day plans. The pizzeria downstairs is a great bonus. Overall a lovely & comfortable stay.

The view of the lake from the large terrace was really beautiful and the apartment itself is situated in a great location to explore Spiez. The Italian restaurant downstairs serves really great food and they are super friendly.

It’s a shame there is no lift to take you up to the apartment(s), but we knew to expect this but it is tricky when you have luggage and a stroller and a toddler! It would have been nice to have a fresh clean kitchen dish sponge- the one that was there had been used previously. Some of the furniture can definitely do with an update, especially the garden furniture which has some obvious rust and aging. And there seemed to be what appeared to be mould on the bathroom wall (it’s not the type of mould that you can smell, so I’m not sure if it’s just staining!). The curtain in the bedroom above the bed could use with being a bit longer to cover the window entirely as it did not cover the window entirely so it allowed a lot of light right above your head in the mornings.

It is an awesome and very spacious apartment…extremely clean, has all the kitchen and bathroom supplies provided, as well as the towels and bed linen…has a big balcony with beautiful lake views. Ferry station too is at walking distance, 10-12 minutes. The apartment is very close to the station. If you are coming by train, don’t follow the Google map right after coming out of the train…It takes you through so many stairs…better, go to the lower level of the train station, exit the station towards the lake side and take left…Then follow the Google map…and the road will take you to the apartment…no stairs to be descended…entry of the apartment is from the side of the Ristorante Pizzeria Bellavista (its in the same building)…the food at this restaurant too is superb!

Great location very central to many activities in the Jungfrau region, good quality for the price. Convenient contactless check-in which we appreciated as we arrived very late. Wifi, beds, kitchen were all really good.

Parking is a bit of an issue. On the second day we found out from locals that there is actually free parking at night from 19:00 to 08:00 just across the street in the square. Why not advertise this and tell this to guests? For the first night, we used the parking next to Shell which cost like 10 chf for the night..

Place was spotless and good facilities. the view from the balcony is unbeatable. amazing sunrise and sunset views.

The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable.

Myself and wife love the location of the apartment especially the balcony that facing the lake. The apartment is very close to the Spiez station and the only problem is the signage of the apartment is very small and printed on the window of the restaurant (We are struggling to locate it in the beginning). The restaurant's name should be mentioned. But once you find it, it is very easy to locate as it is on the main road. The apartment is one of the my best rated apartments from 4 apartments during my 11 nights stay in Switzerland.

The only setback is the sofa bed. It is not suitable for 2 peoples. Even a single people will have very uncomfortable sleep and rest.

Well situated to visit all the surrounding towns and tourist attractions. Near the train station (5 min walk) and ferry station (15 min easy walk). Very modern apartment with stunning view of Lake Thun. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Perfect for 2 people for a short stay. Nice shower.

The sleeper couch in the lounge is very uncomfortable. There is no iron or ironing board and also no cupboards to hang clothes. The heating in the apartment was too hot and had to be lowered by opening the windows. The overheating is a common problem throughout Switzerland.

Excellent location that is near to train station, cosy apartment with amazing views and great furniture. There was a fridge, dishwasher, smart tv and full cooking facilities. Easy check in and out process with just a swipe on the unlock feature on website.

Kitchen - the oven knob was missing, could be better with instructions on how to use the electronic interface Windows - some including the one in toilet do not have curtains and the one at kitchen cannot be opened, can only rely on cooking vent to air the kitchen Bed - sheets were quite rough, would be better with softer ones

The property is fantastic! The location is great, very close to the train station. The view from the terrace was amazing. We had a wonderful stay!
