The location and the view were excellent — very scenic and convenient. The service in the restaurant was also great; staff were attentive and the overall dining experience was enjoyable.

The staff at the reception could be more friendly and welcoming. In particular, a lady named Lanz was not friendly during our interaction. Another staff member at the reception, named Jeel, seemed willing to assist us, but Lanz told her not to Additionally, we had booked a room with one large double bed, but were instead given a room with two single beds. This did not meet our expectations, and no explanation or resolution was provided at the time. We hope the management can take this feedback constructively to improve guest experience moving forward. which was disappointing.

Our suite was amazing (balcony with lake view, sitting area, bathroom with jacuzzi, steam bath and heated floor). Reserved table for dinners. Extremely attentive staff. Extensive breakfast options. Soup & Salad bar for lite lunch. Multiple dinner options.

1. 11 euros for a bottle of water is outrageous. Another hotel we stayed in (4 star) provided free water and soft drinks. At these prices, this property should do the same. 2. Wish the temperature in the indoor pool were a bit cooler.

The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

Location is excellent with very nice view

few points to be considered by the hotel management 1) since this is a relaxing resort, in room service menu should be available if not 24 hours then at least until 12:00 AM since there are no other options to eat in the area at all. there is also a 25 CHF charge to be added to the order to make a simple sandwich in addition to the sandwich price. 2) considering the high room rate and level of the hotel, dental kits should not be chargeable. i have stayed in more than 200 hotels (4, 5 and 7 stars) in the last 25 years and was never asked to pay an amount for a dental kit. when i told the staff about this she answered “ its chargeable and i don’t make the rules, there is always first time for everything and this will be your first time to pay dental kit”

The A/C was not working well, feedback was given to the hotel and they came to fix it and they brought portable a/c till they finished fixing it

The beautiful location, all the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Idyllic views. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Spa and pool area was fantastic. One of the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like- which is unusual!!

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms, but this was exceptionally warm autumn…

Room was amazing and the half board meals included were delicious.

Not enough explanation was given for the different activities (saunas, pools, massages) and knowing which were included or needed to pay extra. We felt overwhelmed and access to each one was not clear so weren't sure if we were allowed to go in certain doors.

Beautiful location with great views of the lake. The food was amazing. Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.
