The view.. Ahh, the view :) Perfect to wake up in the morning overlooking lake Thun and the Alps behind Wonderful Spa and pool that work until 22:00(!!) and other hotel facilities. A walk distance to the Beatenberg-Niderhorn cable car. free parking

The room wasn't well cleaned and smelled bad in some parts. This is a private appartment inside the hotel, so the full reponsibility is on the owners and you cannot ask for assistance from the hotel staff. Might be a onetime.. If you are driving, anyway you go you must go down to Interlaken (or back up), so add 15-20 mins to each trip :)

The view is incredible and the apartment comfortable with everything we needed, and in a good location.

The wellness centre required the wearing of no textiles which we were not aware of and did not feel comfortable with and so unfortunately didn’t get to use it.

Ride to the horel from West side is dangerous. Use only East route. Minor: No ability to switch light on the balcony Some directions written in the room are inaccurate (e.g amount of deposit required for bathrobe)

A spacious and spotless clean apartment. The breathtaking view is profoundly impressive (unfortunately even the best pictures cannot accurately represent this). The SPA amenities are amazing, clean and included in price. The parking garage was across the corridor, just a few steps away.

Small kitchen it has enough to get by and cook but there could be a drying rack to make washing up a little easier

Perfect. The room was clean with comfortable bed and had everything we needed and more. The view is just wow, the best view we saw through all the vacation. The hotel is really nice and the pool and sauna makes it just perfect. The best choice we had.

The tv is not connecting to wifi

Everything about this place was awesome. Location, views, room facilities, part of a hotel property so great amenities, good staff.

Nothing at all.

The location is great and the appartment has everything needed to cook meals.

The staff is slow replying to messages and when we asked for more toilet paper because we only had a little to start with, we were told that they are not a hotel and don't provide more than two rolls so too bad for us. So we had to buy our own when the appartment is already expensive.

Location was very good. Direct bus from Interlaken West Train Station. View from the apartment was really good.

There was no wifi for TV. We could not watch Youtube or netflex on TV.

The view and the facilities - Swimming pool, Sauna and restaurants.

This apartment has to go though the Lobby of ‘Dorint Hotel’. If the instructions were given in advance, it would be helpful.
