The location is absolutely amazing, with beautiful views from our room and the café. It was so peaceful in the evening, when most visitors had gone. And to see the lights in the valley from the top of the mountain at night, along with the moon and the stars, is truly memorable and special. The room had a cosy feel, with a lot of natural wood all around, which I really liked. The toilets and showers are communal, but the room has a sink. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy. The gondola ride there and back, which is included, was memorable in itself. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The shower was great. Dinner would have been available, but, as we didn't know and had brought food, we didn't take up the offer.

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear the other guests (and they can hear you), but in our case that wasn't a problem. Everybody was considerate.

We loved this stay! We had a clean and bright family room (perfect for 3-4), convenient location for sledding (you’re already at the top of Niederhorn!), easy access to rental equipment, free transportation to/ from Beatenbucht with stay. Very quiet in the evening after tourists leave on the last gondola, dinner available for pay for overnight guests. Although we were slightly concerned about shared bathroom and shower facilities, there were plenty for all guests and they were very clean.

Some may not like that it was isolated, and didn’t have WiFi or televisions. It was a lovely change for us! We were able to relax and spend much needed quality time together!

Beautiful location with stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. For Switzerland the price was excellent value. It’s not mentioned in the listing on booking.com but the return cable car to the Berghaus is included in the price, you just had to show the booking confirmation at the ticket kiosk - plus free breakfast!!! The rooms were spotless clean and the staff very friendly. Will definitely be back to explore the walks in the area.

there are an amazing people very very very friendly, helpful, and polite. these are two gentle men and one lady. they are always in the reception disk. The view is breathtaking and can not be described by writing, you have to experience that by your own. Just be careful with your luggage do not take so much luggage or big luggage. although, they offer a very good transport for you and languages but still if you with to enjoy your stay do not take so much luggage or big ones.

the lady who is cleaning the rooms, it seems to me she is not Swiss or she might be Swiss but not from german side but may be from French side. she is not polite at all and dose not understand even English she is rude so try not to deal with here instead whatever you with just ask the three polite people I described above

The location is unbeatable. Just amazing. Friendly staff.

We were very disappointed about the food in the restaurant. Two of our meals were served in a state no cook should allow himself to present them to customers. The breakfast buffet was nice and rich - disturbing was only the fact, that the bread could be cut by the guests but had no protection ( napkin). Many different hands on food before you eat it - not a good idea.

Great last-minute mountain getaway! Small but functional room with its own sink. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is simple but filling. Each floor has its own toilet and there are 3 or 4 individual shower rooms (rather than a bunch of shower stalls in one big shared bathroom).

Nothing. Maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The other guests were very mindful of noise though, so it wasn't loud.

The views were amazing. We were lucky to have a clear sunny day. Otherwise there were clouds everywhere and no clear views.

Only access via a gondola and the last gondola leaves at 17:40. So if you are in interlaken then you have to leave one hour before because the bus to beatenberg runs every one hour. So we only could stay away from out residence for 3-4 hours. This place is only good for a night stay. Where you spend all the time on the mountain or around it.

Staff was extremly friendly and supportive. The view is amazing. It is very quite place with no noises outside. Food is nice, a la card even for few people. Prices are absolutely fine for this location. Very nice expirience overall!

Rooms are small and noisy. You can hear any word from the neightbours. However, it is only 7 rooms, so not too bad!

Excellent location with breathtaking views of the gigantic mountain trio in Swiss. The staff were amazing, catering to the needs of guests. Lot of hiking options were available on the top of the mountain.

Great location, nice room, very clean.

The price is a bit high, for a small room with shared bathroom, but you can expect this because of the location. There was a bit of a mix up with the booking, and I even had to pay twice, and it took few weeks until I got back the money on my card.
