Stupendous views and a decent breakfast.

Rules galore detracts from the, perhaps, valid intentions: No smoking or alcohol signs everywhere isn't a warm welcome, especially to anyone wanting a cold one to celebrate a great day on the panoramaweg.

The view from the balcony was fantastic. They ordered gluten free bread rolls for breakfast especially for me and the other food was good to either plenty of options. The bus stop is right outside their door. The bed was comfortable and water pressure very good. Easily accessible by bus (Postauto 101) from Interlaken and 10min connection to Beatenberg cable car station.

The only restaurant that I could find (that was open on the evening I checked) was 5min by bus and then a very very steep 15min walk away. The area was quiet but the walls and floors are pretty thin so you can hear all your neighbours

The hotel is located on a hill over Interlaken. You may reach Interlaken in 10-15 min, driving along a beautiful scenic road. There is also a bus connection, I do not know how frequent it is. Staff is very kind, at least compared with the Swiss standards ...

I had a single room, the bathroom is very tiny with WC and shower, and the basin is outside in the main room. The choice for breakfast is limited, with no hot dishes.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious and very clean. Its an old heritage property so it was perfect to embrace swiss experience. The staff was very kind, friendly and supportive of our requests. Just 200m from the hotel there is a supermarket with quite options for snacks and groceries. If you would like to cook the rooms are equipped with hot plates too. Its a no smoking property with only one dedicated smoking zone which made it family friendly. There is a fine of CHF1500 if you smoke in the property. Just outside the hotel there is a bus stop for the bus to Interlaken West. The hotel provided free passes for the bus and its every 15 mins, bus no. 101. The view from the room balcony was mesmerizing, with your morning coffee you can look straight at Jungfrau mountain. It was breathtaking when the rays of the sun kissed the mountains. The restaurant in the hotel has a 5 course meal with options for pizzas too. Infront of the hotel there is a water fountain where you can refill you bottle with cold drinking water.

The location of the hotel is far from Interlaken. Its a 15km drive but totally on the mountain which made it inconvenient to go up & downhill for basic activities. I travelled with my parents (70+) so for them it was not very convenient to go up and down even for dinner.

The atmosphere radiance breath taking scenery attention to detail. Overwhelming traditional charm and a heritage of Swiss hospitality that has not been lost with time. An undiscovered dream just waiting to be experienced in the waking mind like a film just not quit finished embellishing emotive highs the eye filters and the mind processes engaging emotive flames that flicker and tantalising the soul within. Savouring every breath taking moment of comfort elegance and impeccable manners rare in this era transported in time when an aura coveted the body like a rainbow hugging a lonesome cloud. I'm still feeling from this wonderful place in the Jungfrau region of Switzerland. This is a place for pure souls divine hearts and emotive senses. God would take a vacation here it deserves 5 stars. This is only the start and the opulence is in the blue prints ready to be created. One word MAGICAL.

Historic building located opposite Thun Lake, on the mountain just above Interlaken. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savoury products. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, such as pinsa, soups, risottos, cuts of meat and fish. All delicious and cooked with care. Delicious desserts! Very comfy bedrooms, but a little noisy for my taste. Pillows a little thin and too soft for my taste. Very comfortable beds. Since the Parkhotel Beatenberg is a NUTRASWISS unit, smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. Very pleasant stay.

OMG! This place is heaven! I got a room upgrade with a balcony facing the lake and the Alps, which I really felt thankful for. The view from the balcony was stunning and beautiful. I could sit there for hours to enjoy the beauty of nature. The room was spotless and had premium facilities, e.g., coffee machine, TV connected to Netflix, herbal cleanser, and lotion. The breakfast was loads of options and the canteen with many tables and seats. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is great with the bus stop just a few steps from the hotel. I love the fact that this hotel promotes no alcohol/smoking.

There were some groups of Chinese tourists. Some of them were smoking in the backyard, of which smoke flew into my balcony while I was sitting. It wasn't pleasant!

The hotel is located at a very good location. You can see the valley and lake if you select the right room. The staff is amazing. I love their hospitality. No smoking and drinking inside the hotel. The staff was helpful to warm our porridge. The bus stop to catch bus for Interlaken is right outside the hotel.

Microwave, mini freeze and electric kettle are not available in the rooms. The breakfast options are limited but they agreed to warm our porridge everyday :).

Absolutely love the breakfast quality, fantastic view, location, very clean rooms, good condition, easy with public transportation, few steps from view point. Stayed at that place a year ago also.

Bunch of Chinese or Korean groups who made your stay uncomfortable as they screaming like crazy at corridor early morning, screaming at evening when back, bumping the doors, at breakfast room uncomfortable to seat when they make so loud talk non stop. So….. such type of guest makes your stay uncomfortable and provide discomfort if you are searching for a quiet relaxing vacation…. Unfortunately … but Property and the stuff are very good
