The hotel is gorgeously furnished and extremely comfortable. Our room, which was a corner room with two twin beds and a view of the mountains, was massive and very nicely decorated. The bathroom has heated floors, which was worth the entire price of our stay itself. I can't even describe how lovely it is to step out of a shower onto warm floors. It's heaven. The breakfast was delicious and generously varied, and was held from 07 to 10 am, meaning we could eat whether we woke up early or slept in. Check in and check out were both very easy and fast, the hotel was silent at night, and the beds were much less firm than the mattresses you'll find in Italy and France, which tend to be so hard they hurt our backs. We'll come back to this hotel any time we return to Interlaken.

The shower was a little funky to work with, but it's probably a user issue. We were too tired to go downstairs and ask how to properly use the water pressure function. That's on us.

Wonderful staff, facility and location. The hotel is comfortable, the breakfasts are very good, and the afternoon coffee and tea service with cake is much appreciated. Interlaken West train station is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel. The view of Monch and Jungfrau from our room was incredible John, Brunella, Claudia and others were simply superb: Very attentive, and even helping us when we brought in our own dinners by letting us use hotel plates and cutlery. Can’t wait to visit again!

Dining choices were somewhat slim in this area due to the hours of nearby restaurants. Not the fault of Hotel Beausite, and easily overcome with the nearby Coop Market and Michael Beck Bakery.

Our overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is very close to the Interlaken West Train station. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, quiet, and had an awesome mountain view. The breakfast is really good. Definitely, we recommend this hotel.

The breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m., one day we got there at around 9:30 a.m. and no more eggs were available. Other guests also noticed that because they got there 10 minutes later. Not a big deal, but full breakfast should be available until 10:00 a.m.

Aggressive, fast, dangerous drivers in Interlaken. Was literally almost killed crossing a street about 1/2 Km from the hotel. In the US, almost all street intersections are considered acceptable for pedestrian crossing. It appears that only those intersections marked in yellow in Interlaken are approved crossings. I wonder how many tourists will get yelled at, injured, and killed before someone improves the safety of the area.

The breakfast was good even though the options were the same throughout our stay. The croissant was lovely!! The female staff who worked the breakfast room was excellent and very friendly. Location was okay - close to Interlaken West station though it was an inclined walk. Difficult with large suitcases. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. Water pressure was good. We accidentally forgot quite a sum of money in the room, though in a pouch for almost all day. We came back and found it exactly where it was and money intact even though the room was clearly cleaned and made-up. Kudos to the staff!

Close to the Interlaken West Station, the Interlaken Pass provided by the hotel works fine, city buses are free of charge. Can see the snow mountains directly from our window. Afternoon tea with cakes are served every day. The hotel was celebrating Switzerland National Day on our first day at the hotel and free cocktail was served in the evening! Great surprise to find out simple vegetarian curry and rice were served at buffet breakfast and my family enjoyed it!

The bathroom sink drained rather slowly and somehow the toilet has the unpleasant urine odor even though it was clean up

We really enjoyed our stay! The reception and coffee and cake were great , very friendly staff! The breakfast was wonderful and the man serving was so friendly and helpful in the afternoon for coffee and in the morning at breakfast! We would definitely come back! The receptionist recommended Restaurant Baren which had the best food and service ever and we have lived in Seitzerland for 50 yrs from Norway and the U.S.A. Thankyou for your hospitality!!👏👏👏

The room was too warm at first but better than being freezing cold as outside was below freezing!! The people above us were elephants but that happens!!

Staff and overall property are excellent, however, the rooms could use some updating. This is our second stay at the hotel in the same room and the rooms are certainly in need of an upgrade. Curtains were frayed and in general the rooms felt used/worn. I feel the price we paid warranted a room in a much better condition. I hope the property owner will take this as an opportunity for improvement and not as criticism as I would love to return to this family owned property. Thank you.

We liked everything about Hotel Beausite. It's walking distance to the Interlaken west train station. The breakfast spread is pretty decent and satiating. The place was very neat and clean and really warm and cosy. They even offer free cookies, tea/coffe/ice tea etc for 4 hours from afternoon noon till the evening. We didn't have a chance to interact much with other staff, but we found Mathias and John to be very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.

The hotel had a really cozy atmosphere, and I especially appreciated the complimentary tea and cake—it was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of fresh options. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenien

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could be improved—if not for that, I would have rated it a 10/10. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
