Absolutely Outstanding and Compassionate Staff! Our recent stay was made infinitely better, and frankly less frightening, due to the incredible support and care provided by the hotel staff during a medical emergency we faced. From the moment the situation arose, every single member of the team we interacted with was exceptionally humble and went above and beyond to be helpful. We want to especially commend the reception staff. As international guests navigating a stressful medical situation, their assistance in trying to facilitate the necessary documentation was invaluable and truly eased a significant burden. Their proactive approach and genuine concern were deeply appreciated. HUGE shoutout to Imi, Max Ritter, Bruna, Claudia, Antionio, John, Tanja, Daisy, Ahsan, Arina, Marcela and Elia!!! Throughout our stay, all of them consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism coupled with genuine kindness. Their willingness to assist in any way possible, even during a crisis, speaks volumes about their dedication and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for the support we received and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. There was truly nothing for me that I didn't like about the hotel!

I really liked the hotel's location, as it was in a peaceful and quiet area. The staff's service was also very good and polite.

On the website, it stated that the cost for a child with or without a bed was free, so we selected without a bed as we didn’t need one. However, after booking, we were informed that the 7-year-old child needed a bed, and we were charged an extra fee. I’m not sure if we would have been charged the same fee if we had selected a bed from the beginning, but the information was a bit unclear and It was a bit of a walk to get to the train station, but overall, the hotel was good and matched the facilities listed on the website.

We had a full on view of the Jungfrau from our second floor room and I honestly think it’s probably the best view I’ve ever had in a hotel room anywhere in all my life, and I’ve stayed in many hotels. The room itself was spotless and comfortable although the furnishings are not recent. There was a small fridge which we used to keep some fruit cool, and a safe, and a powerful shower in the bathroom with a selection of toiletries. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and cake each afternoon which was especially welcome when we arrived. John is an ever present delight in the hotel, bringing drinks, answering enquiries, greeting people, and giving advice. He showed us the giant cowbell and rang it for us. Even the lift was wonderful, small but so efficient! This is a traditional hotel which is full of charm and I loved my stay there and consider us lucky to have come across it.

Nothing I can think of. What a fascinating place to stay. We were lucky to stay there. It was magical and welcoming.

Breakfast was perfect, great selection of items, and service was terrific. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, each day which was a very welcome treat after our busy schedule of site seeing. Reception team were very helpful in showing us the best train/bus options to get to activities. Room size was good for a hotel room in Europe, and very easy to find from Interlaken West train station.

I read a number of negative reviews and was concerned. It was unnecessary concern, everything was great for our stay, would suggest other reviewers need to consider they are staying in a 3 star hotel and manage expectations accordingly.

The rooms are big. They have a very old but very much functioning elevator. The location is pretty good. Bus 21 eastbound stop is right outside the hotel; the westbound stop is a few more steps away. The view from our corner rooms (39, 49) is Jungfraujoch right in the middle.

The shower tub and shower heads are weird. I don’t know why the tub is so narrow when the bathroom is pretty big. Then the handheld shower is in the middle of the long wall instead of the end of the narrow side. The shower head can’t stay angled correctly when the water is too strong. It was challenging to take a shower. The area below the sink is wasted now. It’d be useful to have a shelf so we can put stuff. I’d think updating all the faucets to water conserving versions would save more in the long run.

This was the best hotel that I stayed in during my whole trip to Europe. The beds were super comfortable. They even set up a crib for my kid. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I have to specifically mention Ms. Daisy - she checked us in and was super informative and friendly. My toddler loved talking to her and he used to wait to see if she’s around when we returned from our outings. The food was simply superb. There were a lot of variety and it tasted awesome. The location was good as well. Walkable distance to interlaken west station. There’s a bus stop nearby as well. The view from my window simply breathtaking. They have a small garden in front and offer free cakes and tea too after noon.

Very personal yet professional hotel. Amazing views from our room and very good room size. I liked the vegetarian breakfast options. This hotel is a 5-7 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station and bus stop as well as the Lake Thun ferry dock. It is also very close to the lovely Alstadt area, and a promenade along the river. The staff were very helpful, in particular John was wonderful, and he speaks excellent English. Lovely garden at the back of the hotel.

Some street noise at times with windows open, but lovely and quiet when windows are shut.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Beausite. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore Interlaken. Breakfast was generous and satisfying—just what we needed to start the day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. A big plus: free parking is available, and we were also given the Interlaken guest pass, which made getting around even easier.

The only small downside was that the power outlets didn’t allow for fast charging of our phones, but that’s just a minor detail compared to the overall quality of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is gorgeously furnished and extremely comfortable. Our room, which was a corner room with two twin beds and a view of the mountains, was massive and very nicely decorated. The bathroom has heated floors, which was worth the entire price of our stay itself. I can't even describe how lovely it is to step out of a shower onto warm floors. It's heaven. The breakfast was delicious and generously varied, and was held from 07 to 10 am, meaning we could eat whether we woke up early or slept in. Check in and check out were both very easy and fast, the hotel was silent at night, and the beds were much less firm than the mattresses you'll find in Italy and France, which tend to be so hard they hurt our backs. We'll come back to this hotel any time we return to Interlaken.

The shower was a little funky to work with, but it's probably a user issue. We were too tired to go downstairs and ask how to properly use the water pressure function. That's on us.

Wonderful staff, facility and location. The hotel is comfortable, the breakfasts are very good, and the afternoon coffee and tea service with cake is much appreciated. Interlaken West train station is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel. The view of Monch and Jungfrau from our room was incredible John, Brunella, Claudia and others were simply superb: Very attentive, and even helping us when we brought in our own dinners by letting us use hotel plates and cutlery. Can’t wait to visit again!

Dining choices were somewhat slim in this area due to the hours of nearby restaurants. Not the fault of Hotel Beausite, and easily overcome with the nearby Coop Market and Michael Beck Bakery.
