Everything was great and had a wonderful stay with family. They have good and well maintained garden and children play equipment which was helpful with kids. Everything was clean and as mentioned in the website. Helpful staff who even offered hotel, grocery store suggestions and have provided free passes for train etc. overall we enjoyed the stay there.

Only issue was that there is no drainage provided near the wash basin and WC area of the bathroom which caused accumulation of some water on floor and stagnant water in that area, which I think must be rectified along with squeaky bed. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was very good and hygienic.

Location! It is a 3min walk from Interlaken West station. It is also near supermarkets and bus stations. Thankful for the host as he allowed us to enter the room at 11am (when checkin is at 4pm). The facilities were cleaned everyday and the shared kitchen was surprisingly cleaner than what I was expecting. It is also complete with kitchenware and dinnerware.

No mirror nor closet inside the room. Wifi is very slow (you can chat or send email but watching and uploading videos in social media is very slow!) The toilet flush at the basement toilet refills very slow so you have to wait a couple of minutes to use the toilet after another. We were at the ground floor so we can hear all the footsteps from the upper floor and stairs. Keys are also used to lock the rooms from inside so it’s a bit hassle if you go pee at the middle of the night and need to find the right keys to unlock the room.

We arrived early and the hostel were accomodating as our room was ready we could check in also the option to leave bags at another place a short walk away if early and room isn't ready which really is a bonus! The host was great and let us know all the top tips of the area with a free local travel pass included with the stay. Great location. Close to the train station and all the best Interlaken has to offer. Beautiful mountain view out of our window and the beds were comfy. Place was clean and tidy with good facilities! Thanks for having us! We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

All was well

The girl at the reception at toscana hotel was super duper nice. She upgraded us to a room at the hotel itself. The room was spacious, very2 clean, comfortable with ensuite bathroom. And the hotel has elevator which is really convenient as we are travelling with 2 children and a baby. The hotel location is superb. Walking distance to train station, located above halal indian restaurants that opens till late.nearby to shops and bus stop. Would recommend the hotel to everyone. Cannot comment on the hostel we originally booked

The room provided was remarkably comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the gracious hospitality of the property owner. Additionally, the property's close proximity to both the metro station and city center made transportation exceptionally convenient and efficient. An ideal location to stay and enjoy the hill view.

There's no reception in the Hostel. They have set up the reception in a different hotel which is 2 streets away, so that becomes a lot of hassle. You have to drag your luggage till there and you come to know about this after you have reached the hostel. Also, if you want to store your luggage in the luggage room, you have to go to the Hotel instead of an option at the Hostel. The check-in time is also very late at 4 PM.

I liked the fact that it was super close to the train station.

I hated the fact that other guests at the house didn’t respect some other people by talking so loudly until like 2AM. It could be hard for some of us since we want to sleep and get up on time.

The location is ideal, right next to the Interlarken West station. The room is more expensive than in the neighborhood, and exactly as described.

The hostel is well equipped. The communal kitchen is rather small and the bathroom is shared with the whole floor, which is quite inconvenient. But you can't ask for much more for the price

Perfect place second away from the train station. Very central.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. We had an enormous family room we were in the basement and the kitchen facilities were next to our room. People would cook, sometimes it was busy.

Strategic place. Suitable for family stay. Near to convinience store.

Pillow and comforter should be upgraded. Cooking utensils should be upgraded to the good one because currently already absolete.
