Great location for our railway journeys and a trip on Thunersee, in a pleasant residential neighbourhood and convenient for supermarket shopping. Self-catering facilities were basic but adequate for our needs and the beds were very comfy. The chocolates were much appreciated!

The living area was a little dark - a reading light would be helpful.

Everything felt like being at home. A warm welcome from the great lady in the hotel's reception, which brought updates on weather & nearby places. room view was great too with mountain view. Its very private place (only a few rooms) Location is awesome. 5mins walk from Interlaken West Station & central shops road. Highly recommended. will come again. thank you.

This hotel was right in the middle of the residential area in Interlaken and is very closely located to Interlaken West train station (not OST). There are a good number of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping options at a very close distance. The room was fantastic and the location was so peaceful and serene. The owner Ms. Veronica has been extremely helpful and made us very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.

The lack of an escalator is an inconvenience as carrying the heavy bags up is not an easy task. Apart from that rest is all good.

Veronika gave us a friendly heart-warming Swiss Welcome and shared helpful information about where to venture out to and how to get there based on our Swiss Travel Pass and the available grocery stores etc! We enjoyed the convenience of the location, comfort, cleanliness and cosiness of the place. There was a microwave and beverage making facility in our room , so we could enjoy a heat up dinner when we didn’t want to go out after a few busy, active tourist days. There are also laundry facilities on the premises. Any requests were welcomed.

Everything. The bungalow is spacious for the whole family. There's kitchen and dining area, 2 toilet , very clean.. there's a backyard too. Quiet and safe place.. ac is on the living room but there's a lot of fan and it's enough to cool both rooms. The 15chf laundry per day is very good deal. My children love playing pingpong. The location is excellent 7 mins walk from West station, and everything else. The guests card gives u free transport within Interlaken. There's nearby grocery also

The inn is located in close proximity to the train station at Interlaken. It is away from the crowd which allows you to enjoy a serene and quiet stay. We really enjoyed the warm welcoming and hospitality from Veronica. She is such a sweet lady. Through her recommendation, we actually visited Niederhorn, which was fascinating and enjoyed our bus ride along lake Thurn on our way to Thurn. From the outside, it looks like heritage house that you would have probably come across elsewhere but inside the house, you will be surprised to learn that things are so well organised and modernised.

The owner of Veronica was absolutely the most lovely human being! She was kind and thoughtful and helpful and wonderful to have a conversation with. The property is relatively basic and no frills so don’t expect five star accommodation. However, it was impeccably clean and it had wonderful laundry facilities, which was a huge plus!

The property itself is beautifully situated and well-maintained, though the decor is a bit dated and tired. Other than that, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean and provided the amenities I needed as well as the bonus of having laundry and supplies, including a dryer, rack to hang clothing, and an iron!

The location of this hotel is perfect - 5 minites walk from Interlaken West Train Station but not so close the main street, which gave us much more convenient as well as cosy and quietness. The hotel building itself was beautiful and unique with green windows, lovely balconies and flowers everywhere around it. At the reception we were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us a lot of useful information about our stay in Interlaken. By the way the welcome chocolate at the reception was really nice. The rooms were not that big but with very good and well-maintained facilities. We booked two rooms in this hotel and one of them were with balcony and beautiful view of the mountain. There was no breakfast offered by this hotel but as it was quite close to the supermarkets, we can easily buy some food.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I know this isn’t a five-star hotel, but it was truly an unforgettable experience. The guesthouse is incredibly cozy, exceptionally clean, and full of charm. Even the laundry area in the basement, though not modern, had a nostalgic scent that brought back warm memories—I honestly loved it. The place is run by the owner herself, and she is one of the kindest, most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. Her personal touch made the stay feel even more special. There’s no breakfast offered on-site, but everything you need is just steps away. As someone who usually stays in luxury five-star hotels, I tried this little guesthouse by chance—and it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Sometimes, it’s the simplest places that leave the deepest impression. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—if you’re visiting Interlaken, don’t miss the chance to stay here. It’s a hidden gem that truly deserves more recognition.

Every single thing

We booked the Economy One Bedroom Apartment and were pleasantly surprised with how large the bed was. We could've tossed and turned and barely reached each other! Very clean, comfy room, very quiet, had plenty of storage space, complimentary chocolate, and the en-suite bathroom was a very good size too, along with excellent shower pressure. Short walk to the train station and bus terminal. Communication with Veronica and Patrick was very quick and kind; upon checking in at reception, Veronica gave us maps and leaflets with advice on what routes to use and how to avoid the rush of skiers, and Patrick gave us some conversion socket plugs to borrow for free.
