Centrally located and lots of eating joints . It was summer so we booked an ac room which was priced a bit higher for the kind of property it is ,but then everything is overpriced during summer! V close to Interlaken west station, 5 min walk only !

Liked how close it was to everything and friendly staff The room won’t be luxurious but if you are staying in Switzerland you won’t need the room to be beautiful the whole country is. The room was dusty though under the beds and windows even when asking to get it clean it wasn’t but I think the cleaner just couldn’t be bothered.

the slanted ceiling allowed me to hit my head 3 or 4 times per day when getting out of bed :)

THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION MADE A FREE UPGRADE ROOM WITH BALCONY AND THE SAFE WAS NOT WORKING THEN SHE CHANGED THE ROOM TO ANOTHER ONE .IN CHECKOUT SHE GAVE ME AGEFT FOR THE NIGHT THAT I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL I WISH THAT I KNOW HER NAME AND ALSO MR MOHAMED KEDER AT THE RECAPTION WAS VERY HELPFUL THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I like fun and quaint small hotels and this ticked all the boxes. I got the attic room with great view and small balcony- definitely worth the price. Really cosy. Decor Really simple and could be improved but honestly it was just a really nice experience. At check out a really nice staff member Muhammad helped out with storage and helpful information.

This hotel is very economical and has a great location. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. I wish the beds were more firm. There are all sorts of restaurants and shops nearby, as you are in the heart of Interlaken.

We found the staff to be rather unhelpful - they offered curt answers and it felt as though we were disturbing them.

Location, Accessibility, surroundings all perfect. Many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Also public transport and the main Interlaken West station is walkable.

It’s Over-prized for the facility and services provided. Looks really old accommodation. Needs renovation, Bathroom specially. Bathrooms curtains were in bad shape.
