Had a wonderful stay in Hotel Bellevue. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check in was seamless and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable but the highlight was the balcony overlooking the river with a stunning view of the river and mountains, the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good if somewhat expensive. Location wise - ideally situated within short walking distance of town, restaurants and train station. Every member of the staff—from housekeeping to management—was professional, friendly, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend staying here, especially the rooms with river views.

Next to a river, surrounded by mountains and just a short walk from the train station and town, the Bellevue is in the most idyllic location to explore interlaken and the surrounding area. We didn’t need a car due to the train, boats and cable cars being so accessible. We had the River house which has its own private garden, outdoor eating area with bbq and even private access to swim in the river. The house itself is clean, cosy and lots of space for a family of 4. Even though the house is not connected to the hotel, breakfast is still included. There was a mix of pastries, cereal, fruits, ham, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon and hash brown. Interlaken is beautiful but the hotel made our experience even more special by completely exceeding our expectations and giving us the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. We were lucky to have both sun and snow during our visit so enjoyed eating outside and paddling in the river, which felt so private it didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel. Followed by having snowball fights and building snowmen in our own garden. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

The Riverside House is on the expensive side so unfortunately we couldn’t afford to come here all the time, but we were coming for a special occasion and if you can afford it I would say treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful location. Stayed in the garden view room but still had a how of the mountains and river. The staff was very kind. We were welcomed right away. Breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I can say is that the pillows where uncomfortable and the floors in the second bedroom were loud but besides that I wouldn’t have changed my decision.

The location was spectacular, there is a great view of the river and mountains and it is very close to multiple restaurants and a supermarket. The mattress was very comfortable, the view was really nice out of the the little balcony. The toilet had a bidet for personal hygiene. The shower was really good with very hot water and good pressure. The toiletries smelled nice and the thermostat was easy to adjust comfortable temperature (unlike many hotels in cold climates that keep the room way too warm).

The decor was very underwhelming for the price especially the cabinet that I would expect to find in student housing. The pillow was so thin it was almost completely flat. As to value, Interlaken is very expensive and anywhere else in the world this hotel would be priced at less than quarter the price, however, I can't blame the hotel too much for this because all of Interlaken is expensive.

I got stuck in Interlaken after my train to Wengen was cancelled and ended up booking this hotel last minute—and what a pleasant surprise it was! The location was absolutely breathtaking, the room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were truly amazing—so kind and helpful. Despite the unexpected change in plans, my stay turned out to be a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The only downside was finding a coffee cup that still had lipstick marks on it, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The view couldn't be better. The balconies have a perfect view along the river, mountains and sunset. The hotel location is also great. Just a 5-6 minute walk to Interlaken West station as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was very good and varied.

The room is small for the price, though the balcony does help a little. The bed was noisy with the springs creaking when you move. The tiles in the shower had a lot of black mould which could easily be cleaned. The bathroom didn't have an extractor so the room gets quite humid and damp after showering. There is also no on-site restaurant other than for breakfast so you always need to leave and walk somewhere to get food.

Very good service from the start, Room 412 had the most amazing views from two balconies. nice size and well equiped room, lovely shower / bathroom. Great breakfast choices and only a few minutes walk to Interlaken West Station. Thank you.

I am nit picking here. Perhaps a coffee machine in the room opose only a kettle. Heated towel rail on the bathroom and room service. There is no booklet in the room with numbers to call etc. Food in Interlaken is limited so the option for good Hotel food would be nice.

The room was excellent; large, clean and newly fitted. The shower/bath room was fantastic and the bed was large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was cleaned every day during our stay.

The view from our balcony was disappointing. I had hoped for a view of the river from the balcony. Instead we had a view of the back of the hotel. The wifi was patchy in the room and was best achieved in the toilet, which was a shame.

My family of five (teens and grandparent) loved the Bellevue Hotel. It's excellent for families. 1. The location was fantastic - short walk to train station but not too close, in the center but a little on the edge so quieter and close to different neighborhoods in Interlaken, while near all the restaurants, shops, etc. 2. The wonderfully kind, considerate, and professional young staff -- they called and made lunch reservations at the Strand Hotel for me (Crash Landing on You), always asked us how we were doing, were friendly and welcoming. 3. Our family room and single room had delightful balconies with both views of the beautiful river and Jungfrau! 4. The family room was fabulous: door separated the two rooms, very spacious rooms, very spacious and modern bathroom with two sinks, good shower. 5. Great A/C 6. Delicious and lovely breakfast room and breakfast buffet - just get the breakfast - it's worth it. 7. Convenient parking if you have a car (just across the street). 8. Elegant and charming hotel lobby and rooms. 9. Smaller hotel but not tiny, with plenty of amenities. 10. Sweet lounge with bar (both indoor and outdoor) -- great to watch soccer games, delicious local wine and beer, and appetizers. Sit and enjoy wine and a cheese plate one evening when you're staying here. 11. Good internet. Thank you for a truly great stay. We were sad to leave. Jenny

Honestly, can't think of anything we didn't like.

The property was amazing and the booking profile for the hotel did not do the hotel justice it is way more beautiful in person the rooms are very nice and cozy the hotel is super close to the city and supermarkets and shops and any other facility what separates this hotel from the rest is that it’s literally a couple of meters away from the center and not on the main road it’s very quite no noise only when the train passes by and you don’t even notice it when your sleeping the privacy. Also the parking is great all around a solid 10/10

The only things i did not like was that the king size was bed was not an actual king size bed it’s was two single bed put together which was really annoying when I was sleeping because when I move round I keep falling in the gap between the 2 beds not that deep of a gap but it just ruins the bed and ruins the comfort while the single bed itself is really comfy and the pillows are super flat even with 2 of them they are super flat
