The location was absolutely perfect. I was able to walk along the river, to the Höhematte, to the Harder Kulm funicular, and around town with ease. There is also a bus station right outside that takes you to Interlaken Ost for any train/boat trips. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage easily in a locked room which I certainly appreciated. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe in the guest house. And last but not least, I loved my room. The entire stay was lovely. I hope to return and stay here again and would certainly recommend to other travelers.

The location was great for exploring nature and with nearby transfers to many towns via bus and trains. This was a great time.

The rooms were very basic and small; but that was okay for us as we were outside most of the day.

This hotel was in an excellent location. The breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly. The room was clean and had enough space for what we required. We were in the Guesthouse part of the hotel which was across the road from the main hotel but not an issue. We walked from the strain station which was about a 7 minute walk.

We didn’t have breakfast. Rooms were very spacious. It would have been nice to have a small fridge.

Early at property and was allowed to place luggage at storage room. From Interlaken OST direct bus and short walk. Hotel guest House is located opposite the main building and you would need your room card to gain access. Use it as a base to go to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald / Jungfraujoch via Interlaken OST.

Breakfast was too expensive CHF 25 per person.

Love the location of the Hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The Internet was fast. It was convenient and near all shops, restaurants and transportation.

The bathroom door was very hard to close and loud to open. No extra pillows. No refrigerator.

Hotel is nicely decorated, room is clean and beds are really comfortable. Was a good size too.

Can hear people walking by the corridor quite clearly, not so quiet.

The bed was very comfortable

It took quite some time for the room to be available. It was low season so they were not busy.

The room was great and clean, staff were very helpful and also with recommendations for dinner.

Only negative was the lack of fridge but the staff let us use one.

Superb! The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They were kind to upgrade us to the hotel family room👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The room is very comfortable and spacious, esp the master room. They even provide USB port. The view from the balcony is amazing. Would love to stay here again!
