We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in the Bergwelt Grindelwald Residence, as a mixed family group. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lovely views of the mountains and plenty of light from the full-length windows surrounding the living area. Breakfast was superb! We also enjoyed the sauna/jacuzzi facility for adults, and two of our group particularly appreciated the 2-hour child-friendly pool slot. Staff were welcoming, professional and extremely accommodating of every request. We felt valued as guests and well looked after. Would have loved to stay longer!

The apartment was perfect for what we needed! We were able to use the well equipped kitchen and got to enjoy the living space. There were many snacks and items in the fridge for us to enjoy. We entered the apartment after a full day of skiing so we were ready to relax, which the apartment delivered, the bathrooms are lovely, bedrooms are comfortable and there is even a fireplace and wood outside for us to use. However the best part was yet to come when we woke in the morning to a stunning view!

Our stay was already perfect but something we noticed is there could be salt, pepper, and a dustpan and brush in the kitchen.

- Location: The hotel is centrally located in Grindelwald, offering stunning views of the Eiger North Face. Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. - Price: The hotel is on the expensive side, especially during peak seasons. While the experience was luxurious, I did feel that the value for money could be better. - Parking: On-site parking is available but at an additional cost, and spaces can be limited. This was a bit inconvenient for me as I had to plan ahead for parking. - Crowdedness: Due to its popularity, the hotel can get quite busy, particularly during high season or weekends. we loved how spacious the room was and the friendly staff each and every one of them, especially Roman the front office manager who made sure our stay was beyond expectations. we loved the property so much we already made our booking to stay at the Bergwelt in the winter.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with incredible views. Enjoyed the welcome champagne on the wrap around balcony. Complimentary snacks and beverages provided in the full kitchen. Comfy bed and linens. Outstanding buffet breakfast. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lara at reception was excellent.

Fabulous location, wonderful helpful staff, great facilities- spa & saunas and outdoor jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great room exactly as pictured.

Bathrooms were very small. Lights control was bad and uncontrollable . No telephone line to contact the hotel staff or reception

Got everything in my residence, kids toys, play stations , smart TVs , superb kitchen with lot of vessels, spacious rooms welcome drink , fruits …. Swimming pool is excellent
