We (my mother and I) had a great time at Hotel Weisses Kreuz. The shared kitchen room is just convenient. clean and wide enough. You can use a microwave, an electric kettle, water, paper plates, plastic cutlery, and a big trash can. In the cozy room, you can relax and play games as well. There is a refrigerator in each room, and free water bottles are included. The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. We loved the pillow cover embroidered with the hotel's logo (We would like to explore the possibility of selling this as a souvenir). Breakfast was great!! The staff is very kind. A bus stop is just a minute away. You'll enjoy the sound of horse-drawn carriages passing along the street.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there during an unseasonably hot week and would have loved to have air conditioning. But even without air conditioning, we slept pretty well at night with the fans and the window open. It is well located in interlocking, and their staff could not have been more helpful and nice! My husband had lost his passport, and without asking, the ladies at reception made calls for us, and printed out forms that we needed to complete.

I understand that a lot of hotels in Switzerland do not have air conditioning.

Location excellent- nearer to Interlaken west station- local buses stop right outside hotel to either station, right in centre of shopping street/ good breakfast/ lift to floors and cleaned daily- would highly recommend due to good value,location and breakfast

Prior to our arrival, the staff decorated our bed with red floral paper in a heart shape for our wedding anniversary stay. Convenient location to the shops, bus stop and train station. Room size is good and the bed is comfortable.

No kettle in the room. You need to go to the common room to get hot water. There was a fan but no air conditioning in the room. The rooms are on split levels, so you may need to negotiate some short steps even after taking the lift.

Centrally located within walking distance or a short bus ride to Interlaken train station. Building and furnishing were outdated but clean and serviceable. Large room next to lobby has microwaves and tables for quick meals since it's outrageously expensive to eat at restaurants in this area. As a bonus, paper plates, bowls, utensils and napkins are provided. The full breakfast has generous offerings. I really appreciated help from the receptionist to urgently print a personal document.

The carpet and furniture was worn out in public areas. Gradual updates over time can make the place look more cheerful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave my bags in the luggage room and my laptop in the office. The breakfast was very good and it was really wonderful to have the use of the communal room downstairs to warm up food and make coffee or tea throughout the day.

It was very difficult to shower in a small shower with a shower curtain -it kept sticking to me and causing water to go all over the floor.

Good location in the center, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, a large supermarket across the road. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Breakfast starts at 7 am, which is very convenient considering that you need to get to so many places in a day.

The hotel room is in need of renovation for a long time. The floors are creaking, the walls are covered in black stains, either from shoes, or from some kind of paint... But the worst thing is that there were no sockets near the bed. There were hardly any of them in the room at all. One by the front door, the phone can be left dangling because there is nowhere to put it, and one socket near the table, which I never managed to fully insert the adapter into. Fortunately, this was enough to somehow charge the phone. There is no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom.

I stayed at the hotel because I participated in the Jungfrau Marathon. The location is very close to the start, which was my top priority. The breakfast was moved from 7 to 6 to accommodate the runners that I liked too. I was surprised to have a silent fridge.

The room was small, and the fridge in it made the room hot. Opening the room window an hour or two before sleep did the job for me. You can't sleep with open windows, because it's a bit noisy. You can't hear outside noise with closed windows though.

Nice large room, decent shower, great location close to Interlaken West station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

There was a heatwave while we were there and the room was very hot. A fan was provided but did little to help unfortunately. The staff were slow to top up items at breakfast, we had to ask for more croissants at least once & still they had not been topped up after 5 minutes.

I recently stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz in Interlaken and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Interlaken West station, with a tram stop right outside the front door. This made it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The proximity to various restaurants and a supermarket was a huge plus – I never had to worry about finding a place to eat or grabbing essentials. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of storing luggage after checkout, which allowed me to enjoy my last day in Interlaken unencumbered. My nights at Hotel Weisses Kreuz were comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit to Interlaken.
