The location was very very good. Right outside of interlaken west SBB. It’s quite spacious and comfortable with USB and USB c charger.

It’s a 3 star hotel, hence limited amenities. Shower cap, toothbrush, slippers are not available. There’s no queen bed, only 2 single bed combine together (not a big issue)

It is new and modern. Clean and the staff is super gentle. Breakfast was super good for the level of the hotel. It is literally inside a train station and you can walk until the old town, main stores, supermarket, restaurants. Parking lot is expensive but there are other options around.

The price is quite high.

The location is perfect in the heart of interlaken center . The apartment was spacious .

1- the building beside train station which is noise. 2- the housekeeping didn’t clean the apartment well in daily basis . 3- if you have car you need to pay extra money and you need also to ask them to open the grage for you if you want to part every time. 4- the pillows weren’t comfortable . 5- No AC if you face hot day

The hotel does not have an A.C. The weather was nice so we could handle that but im not sure if the weather was humid or hot.

Excellent stay with perfect location right next to the train station — incredibly convenient for travel. We were initially concerned about noise, but were pleasantly surprised at how well soundproofed the room was. We didn’t hear any train noise at all during our 7-night stay. We stayed in the apartment-style room, which was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with kitchen amenities — perfect for our trips around Interlaken and nearby towns. There’s a supermarket right across the street, and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially on the day we arrived. Our family truly enjoyed staying here, and we would definitely return on our next visit!

This is a new hotel, a bit pricey but then what in Switzerland isn’t. The staff were so helpful. The rooms are smallish, we took 2 rooms as we shared rooms with 1 child each (2 adults 2 kids). We booked the hotel and not the apartments because we wanted air conditioning (great decision). Breakfast was included and it was a good breakfast. The hotel is literally at Interlaken West station so we could step out of our train and walk straight into the reception area. Lovely eating places around the hotel. I am annoyed that I have to give such a good review because next time this place will likely be booked out or the prices will be super high but I need to be honest. This was our favourite place to stay in Switzerland and I would go back in a trice.

Please consider a guest laundry.

It's literally 20m from the door of the train to the door of the hotel - LOVED that! Surprisingly, even though our room was directly facing the tracks, the noise was minimal! Breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very friendly too~

My only complaint, was that the room was surprisingly small, even for European standards. 2 of us shared a "Superior Double Room 14m2". Would've preferred more than one chair in the room - c'est la vie. We'd surely stay again, but just thought this might be helpful~

Amazing location and friendly staff. Get down at Interlaken West and the hotel is right on the station. Amazing facilities in the apartment and gives a feel like home. Kitchen has every possible thing you can imagine. Very convenient. Daily cleaning and room arrangement is a huge plus as not all Swiss hotels do this. The apartment is massive with great views of the mountains.

Great breakfast but they should change the menu at least twice in a week alternatively. Eating same for 10 days was quite boring. They do serve omelette but not told or asked by the waiters. Nothing else really. It’s a fab place😎

The hotel is ideally located right next to the Interlaken West Train Station. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a bus station nearby. The room was perfect, with excellent amenities, a comfortable size, and thoughtful details that enhanced the overall guest experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to Jamina, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, informative, and provided exceptional service. If I have the opportunity to return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I decided to stay here for my 21st birthday. I stayed in the Superior Double Room and had an amazing view out of both windows of lake Thun and multiple mountains. I was also given a cake and lovely message when I went for breakfast on my birthday. Even though I was right next to the train station it was very quiet and I didn’t notice it. Very kind staff, very friendly and I was sorry to leave! I’ve not stayed in loads of hotels in my life but this was definitely up there in the #1 spot miles above the rest.

Not much I didn’t like to be honest, I’m not a fan of paying a deposit as it takes away some of that holiday money in the short term even if I get it back once I’m home, but I completely understand the need for it and what situations it may have to be used for.
