This is a really lovely little place with a very nice vibe. Our room was very comfortable and roomy, it was very quiet and clean, and the shared dining room and kitchen was a really nice space. Most of all, the staff were absolutely lovely, very genuine and helpful with advice about the area. I really felt at home here in a way I didn't at larger hotels. It's nothing fancy but it's excellent for the price. It's slightly out of the main centre but literally only 5 minutes walk across the river. A great experience and will definitely stay again if I'm ever in Interlaken.

It was absolutely amazing. We were extremely comfortable, as it had all the required facilities for a long stay. The room is big, the kitchen is well equipped, the living room is comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed to start every day exploring with energy! The shower is big and has hot water. The staff and the owners are super nice. The location is quiet and very peaceful. Multiple stores are a short walk from the location. Will definitely come back again.

I Can't even think of one thing that we didn't like, It was amazing.

Helena was very helpful with information, was very diligent in ensuring our stay was enjoyable, and presented a well-set-up delicious breakfast. Many thoughtful conveniences were provided, including a little fridge on each floor and facilities for making yourself tea or coffee. Location was excellent, with stunning views of surrounding mountains and within easy walk to stores and restaurants in Interlaken. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Good breakfast, when taking the breakfast viewing outside garden the feel is definitely fantastic! Also with laundry service though its a paid service but it's essential for long trip travelers like us. Room and the bathroom is clean. Nice hosts and their services. Convenient place to take the bus, using the cards our host give us can have discount in many places.

The room ventilation could be improved if the window is not open. The bath water drainage is not draining fast. No water kettle inside the room, not convenient to make tea to drink.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay very convenient. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. The hotel itself is in a great location, and it was quiet and relaxing throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Breakfast needed improvement.

The Hotel is located in a quiet district. Parking is available for Hotel guests in fromt of the building. The room was clean and convenient. Shared tea and coffee, as well as a kettle was available for us in front of the room. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The Staff was very friendly and happily answered all of our questions about activities in the neighborhood. I would prefer this Guesthouse again because it was great value for money.

I stay with my husband and my son in July 2025. Simple room but clean and comfy. We really like the cozy place for breakfast. They allow you to use their kitchen as long as you put all back as it is. The staff are very kind and helpful. Location is great. Check-in and check-out are very easy.

Some guests were not following the rules by making noise after 10pm. It is a wooden floor/deck so it was disturbing. But after we complained to the staff, the next day was okay.

the location is close to the train station, about 5-10mins walk (close but not too close) and its near shops, coop grocery store where we get our supplies to cook. the kitchen is fully equipped to cook small meals, they even have a fondue set which we just realized on the last day there. staff was attentive, we even booked a paragliding activity through them and get a little discount. all in all we would stay here again.

Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The alpinglow one evening was stunning. The host was wonderful and made our stay delightful. The breakfast was lovely with lots of variety to choose from. Nice kitchen to cook in if desired. We appreciated having clean laundry the second morning. Location was an easy walk to the train or bus stations.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom even though it appeared clean. Probably moisture related. Unfortunately there is construction going on next door. We had to take care with the window facing the construction.

Great location and communication. We had a spacious 1.5rooms for a family of 4 with a little balcony. Separate dinning are/ cooking facilities was a bonus. Coffee, tea, milk provided. Separate communal fridge in hallway. Breakfast was continental and basic but it was enough for us. Advice for owners : - The curtain in the room wasn't a blackout - so needed to change in the bathroom. - Floor lip in the bathroom- it's a trip hazard specially with kids.
