This is a really lovely little place with a very nice vibe. Our room was very comfortable and roomy, it was very quiet and clean, and the shared dining room and kitchen was a really nice space. Most of all, the staff were absolutely lovely, very genuine and helpful with advice about the area. I really felt at home here in a way I didn't at larger hotels. It's nothing fancy but it's excellent for the price. It's slightly out of the main centre but literally only 5 minutes walk across the river. A great experience and will definitely stay again if I'm ever in Interlaken.

It was absolutely amazing. We were extremely comfortable, as it had all the required facilities for a long stay. The room is big, the kitchen is well equipped, the living room is comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed to start every day exploring with energy! The shower is big and has hot water. The staff and the owners are super nice. The location is quiet and very peaceful. Multiple stores are a short walk from the location. Will definitely come back again.

I Can't even think of one thing that we didn't like, It was amazing.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay very convenient. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. The hotel itself is in a great location, and it was quiet and relaxing throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Breakfast needed improvement.

the location is close to the train station, about 5-10mins walk (close but not too close) and its near shops, coop grocery store where we get our supplies to cook. the kitchen is fully equipped to cook small meals, they even have a fondue set which we just realized on the last day there. staff was attentive, we even booked a paragliding activity through them and get a little discount. all in all we would stay here again.

Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The alpinglow one evening was stunning. The host was wonderful and made our stay delightful. The breakfast was lovely with lots of variety to choose from. Nice kitchen to cook in if desired. We appreciated having clean laundry the second morning. Location was an easy walk to the train or bus stations.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom even though it appeared clean. Probably moisture related. Unfortunately there is construction going on next door. We had to take care with the window facing the construction.

Friendly staff with well equipped property. I stayed with my family with young daughters and we all enjoyed thoroughly. The top-floor room offered stunning views and ample space, making the climb with luggage worthwhile. Properly is located on a short walk to Interlaken west station. there are plenty of restaurants around but if you find them expensive then go to coop or a massive Migros supermarket (short walk) and cook it in the kitchen in the property!! You can sit down at the common area for a takeaway too! With young daughters this was a big plus for us. whatever your itinerary is this property will not disappoint!!

Great location and communication. We had a spacious 1.5rooms for a family of 4 with a little balcony. Separate dinning are/ cooking facilities was a bonus. Coffee, tea, milk provided. Separate communal fridge in hallway. Breakfast was continental and basic but it was enough for us. Advice for owners : - The curtain in the room wasn't a blackout - so needed to change in the bathroom. - Floor lip in the bathroom- it's a trip hazard specially with kids.

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze. The breakfast was lovely, with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains from the dining room. Nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in a central area just outside the room. The guesthouse is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood with great views. It is about 10 minutes flat walk from the station.

The stairs were a bit of a struggle to lug our suitcases up (but I am no longer young so that probably contributed). The room was compact but quite adequate for an overnight stay. However, these are only small gripes in comparison to the pleasant stay we had, and we would recommend this accommodation option in Interlaken.

Christine and Helena were very kind and hospitable! I rented the villa and it was spacious and clean! Though not a lot of variety of foods for breakfast but foods presented are great and will fill you up!

Hoping the rooms have air conditioned because it feels muggy at times inside the room and scared to open windows at night specially garden surrounds the villa and does not want any insects or animals entering the windows. Hoping towels are bigger and newer.

Everything. It is a really lovely guesthouse, right next to Interlaken West train station. The room was lovely and comfortable - the balcony and view was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful - I was able to check in much earlier than expected. Breakfast was great and it's clearly an environmentally conscious place. I really liked that there was a kettle and tea/coffee/water on the landings for everyone to share.

Nothing at all - it was wonderful. But perhaps just one suggestion: people may not be aware of Swiss 'quiet time' so it might be worth putting a sign on the back of the door? Or maybe asking people to wear socks/slippers in the room rather than heavy snow boots because my upstairs neighbours sounded like Riverdance in clogs all night!
