Room was attic like, beautiful interior (we really liked that), comfortable bed, has a couch to lounge, fan provided (essential for summer). Windows overlooking the field where parasailers landed non-stop (it was a beautiful sight)! Ample Asian food on the street. Reception lady was very friendly and helpful!

There was no lift and our room was on the 4th floor up a very narrow staircase, lugging 2 large suitcases up and down was definitely challenging (even for men). Shared bathroom on the 4th floor had very poor water pressure - impossible to shower (the worst we had in our 2 week trip), but luckily we asked and was told to use another shower room for our 2nd night (2 floors down). Bag storage space was not secured, no one watching them and no locks, just an open space accessible to anyone - so we weren’t quite comfortable dropping our luggage there for the day and took them with us.

The location was great. Only a 5min walk from Interlaken West train station and a 10min walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Right off the main street where you can find all your shopping and the bus stop.

Staff don't man the front desk 24/7 which was not a big deal because they respond quickly if you email them. It's Europe people smoke everywhere. Every night, we could smell cigarettes from the people next to us smoking on their balcony. This was with our windows closed. The hotel is old but serves its purpose. I also didn't like that the restaurant downstairs had such easy access to the actual hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel on Main Street in Jungfraujoch, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making it easy to find great dining options. However, the highlight is the hotel’s own Mexican restaurant, which is the only one of its kind in the area. The restaurant is extremely popular, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The food is authentic and flavorful, with a great selection of dishes. The lively atmosphere is enhanced by live music, which adds to the overall experience. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Jungfraujoch with excellent dining options, this is the spot!

It doesn’t have an elevator.

Good location, clean rooms. The hotel also had a mexican restaurant, and surrounded by plenty of Indian food restaurants. Interlaken is not huge, but still lot of tourist sites were easily accessible by bus, and nearby bus stops are at ~5 minute walk. Host was responsive and very helpful with recommendations.

Facilities could have been better. Kettle were in common room, which certainly doesn't make it easy to access (common area has no water taps). Not sure if I should've but I just took them to room for half an hour for our use.

Such a cute room! We were on the top floor so we had a sky light window on the roof. Room was huge and contained a couch as well. Had our own coffee maker and pods were refilled daily. There was a shared microwave in the common area which was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location was perfect! On a quiet street, yet close to grocery stores, shops, bus stops and the train station.

No elevator, but we packed light and didn't mind the stairs. Lights in the hallway were on a very short timer, and I would sometimes be going up the stairs in complete darkness until I hit the next motion sensor.

We booked a room with private bathroom (not all rooms have this options). The place is central in Interlaken, close to the train station. The room was clean and had enough towels for us. The balcony is small, but so nice to see the sun rise during Spring. Staff is friendly and speaks English, German and Spanish.

For us there are two downsides. Since the hotel is located on a street closed for traffic, the parking spaces are located a bit far from the hotel about 5 minutes walk. Also, there is no elevator.

The place is very nice and for the price is very good. Not that much interaction with the people since they are not always there but during the check in they are helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and they make sure that we will be comfortable during our stay. Will definitely recommend their place if they want to stay in Interlaken.

Even at night you would hear noises from the outside even the windows are close. We didn't expect that the reception is also part of the restaurant. I came to the hotel and want to go to our room and there are people eating and they extended the restaurant in the hallway o f the hotel. I was shocked and asked if i'm the right place. But it was okay.

Great location. Great family run hotel with the owners offering advice and friendly support. Room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels and coffee pods everyday. Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants in the street and around town. Train station 5 minute walk ( Interlaken west). Would stay here again.

No air conditioning. Could be a real concern in summer. We stayed prior to summer commencing.

Location, excellent, in the center of everything. The restaurant that's a part of the hotel, so delicious, we shared a burrito and some margaritas and were so happy with them (the server was also excellent and funny!). The man who checked us in, the nicest! He helped my husband with parking, and surprised us by upgrading our room free of charge (low season in the area I think... and, not that he knew this, but we traveled to Interlaken to celebrate my birthday, and this really was so gracious of him. He was so kind). Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we loved the decor/colors/home-y feeling of staying here. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Interlaken again.

No complaints!

The staff are incredibly awesome. They are so helpful and friendly. The hotel provided us electric fan which was very useful in summer. There is a small pantry on the 2nd floor (the microwave and kettle are available at any time!). The hotel also gave us capsule coffee every day.

There are no doormats in the restroom which can make the floor wet.
