The warmest welcome of the host. This place is perfect for family and friends who love nature. You can feel at home and enjoy nature as well as comfort. I never felt any safety issues.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Francesca and Stephan were extremely helpful and support us with almost every need. All instructions were clearly provided, and check in and check out procedures were smooth and simple. All facilities were available in the kitchen in case someone wanted to have their own meals.

The shower arrangement was a completely new experience for us. The parking situation immediately in front of the Lodge could have been better. The first day, there were sufficient parking spots, but the second day was difficult since there were more guests. But this is understandable since normally, during ski season these parking spots are covered with snow, and cars are parked a little further away from the Free Spirit Lodge.

The wooden cottage right in the lap of mountains made our experience unique, hospitable and friendly couple as the host was a huge plus as we checked in quite late. You also get well equiped communal kitchen and personal kitchen as well. I really loved staying at the place

Nothing; every thing was good

It was an amazing place to stay and we wish we could stay longer. The location is very beautiful with nice walks close by. The owners were very friendly and helpful too. The drive up can be a little bit scary but fortunately you can reach sörenberg from different ways.

The floors can be a bit noisy

A wash basin for bathroom was missing. The rest of the facilities was perfect.

The location is beautiful, the hosts were very welcoming. We booked a family room with a small kitchenette. However the host offered us the kitchen downstairs to cook which was very helpful. The rooms were very clean.

Something to be improved (minor) : The toilet does not have proper aeration due to this there was a foul smell although they were very clean. It would be good to ventilate it.

This is a magnificent place with very nice hosts, who were very welcome to us and told us a lot of stories about the interesting things around. We liked the balkony a lot and the shared kitchen has a lot of space. In summer there is a lot of hiking all around, with an option to use a gondolla to go up to Rothorn and see the highest Swiss Alps. We will definitely come back in winter as there is a family-friendly resort and a good skiing school.

A very flexible and warm welcoming, amazing host, spacious room. It's embedded into a farm-like chalet with garden and some animals, giving it a warm atmosphere. Beds were comfy, equipped kitchen, overall great!

Although the breakfast was fresh and delicious, it was a bit expensive and not disclosed on the booking page. It would have been nice to have all the expenses listed at the point before the end of the booking of the room.

We loved this lodge nestled in the mountains - the room was the perfect size for our large family and we were greeted warmly by the host. Thank you so much, we will come back in Winter!!
