Fabulous building with authentic Alpine interior - so rare to find these days with 'interior design syndrome'. Lovely pine paneling with hardwood parquet floors and very wide corridors. Superb outside dining experience in fountain 'grotto'. Excellent service and very good menu and wine selection [Hess collection!]. Great breakfasts. Good parking and quiet location with alpine walks nearby. Will stay again.

There was a film 'shoot' taking place in the hotel, which spoiled our experience a little and we should have been warned of this beforehand. The waiter made a reasonable job of the Crepe Suzette but he could do with a bit more training or experience. No curtains in the windows and only one small pillow on the beds.

Staff were so friendly. They gave us free card for cable car. Breakfast was delicious but would prefer more options. Room was clean. The hotel building is awesome. They gave me extra pillow when I asked.

The room was so basic. Would be hot water at least for drinking coffee and tea. No tv no air-conditioning. Nowhere to go in the evenings because it is a little bit isolated.

Beautiful historical hotel, really nice - like a time travel machine :). Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious. Restaurant offered savory a nicely cooked meals.

There isn't much to do in Flühli itself. You will need to go by bus to toher places to enjoy snow activities (or beautiful winter hikes)

Very pet friendly. Hotel even provided food and water bowls as well as a blanket for the dog. Very spacious - large corridors and big rooms. Full of character - nice wooden floors and ceilings. Beautiful building. Free parking.

A quality hotel in a historic building finished to the highest standard. Breakfast was excellent. The town has a cafe/restaurant and the hotel also has a restaurant but this was closed on the day we were there. Parking adjacent in the town square is free and plenty of space.

Nothing - a fine place.

Great breakfast and the bathroom was new and modernized after a complete renovation of the hotel. I loved this place and will stay there again.

Staff was very kind. Specially the person who was serving breakfast was the best. Never encountered such a kind hearted person who did her best so that everybody was served.

Nice quiet location in beautiful surroundings. The building has so much history but is up to date with today’s needs

A good hotel with a history in a wonderful and peaceful city. Clean room and good breakfast. The smell of soap in the bathroom was incredible!!!
