Lovely boutique hotel artistically designed with old village charm but contemporary touches. Quiet & located off a main road along the river, comfortable bedding, plush rooms with wonderful design details. All of the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. A big bonus is that the hotel is located next to a superb gym which allows a free pass on their first visit. We liked the stroll along the river from the train station and location is near plenty of cafes, historical sites and restaurants.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor in an apartment block right next to the hotel. It is walkable from the train station, but with luggage we took a taxi which cost 20CHF. Hotel reception arranged one for us when we were leaving. The apartment was an amazing space, clean and well-designed. Great washer and dryer - brilliant bonus. Balcony looked over the railway tracks, so not the prettiest outlook (unless you're a train spotter), but a very useful space. No air conditioning, but blinds and shutters kept the heat out very successfully. Kitchen was very good with a lovely dining table and good appliances, including cooker, dishwasher, big fridge and kettle. Kitchen utensils and glassware were a bit minimalist but didn't cause any problem for two. Previous occupants had left smelly curry dried on some forks which was annoying, but I always wash items before using them anyway and the apartment was equipped with washing up liquid and sponge. Great little Coop next to the hotel, and an easy short walk into the town, so loads of food options. Highly recommend this place.

Pillows were a bit soft for my taste, and it would be nice to see a refresh of some smaller kitchen items, but I'd struggle to come up with anything significant that I didn't like.

Very spacious apartment and well provisioned in the kitchen and the washer dryer. Beds were super comfy and a coop Next door and all in all a great place to stay in Thun

It was quite hot when we stayed and stuffy in the bedrooms. Some fans would have been great as you couldn’t open the French doors due to the street and rail noise.

I stayed in a single room, it is comfy and have enjoyed the breakfast which include fresh bread, cereal, selections of ham and cheece + coffee/tea. Location is good about 15mins walk from Station, There's a direct road along the train track leading to the hotel with 1 flight of stairs to manage. Very helpful and friendly staff. A COOP Supermarket is just next to the hotel and a 8-10mins walk to town center.

Central location close to lots of amenities

If you stay in the apartment, it’s very much like staying in an Airbnb and not in a hotel. There is no daily bed making or turning over of the rooms and you are separate from the main building. This should be made a bit clearer on booking. It also specifies the apartment has a microwave which it does not which was disappointing as I’d booked that to warm bottles for my baby

Excellent location near train station and walking distance to old town...and with thun card from hotel you get free travel during your stay! Breakfast was simple but filling They even prepared a breakfast box for me upon request bec I left very early. Room was compact but super comfortable and clean and cozy.

I think they should have signs if you want to keep sheets and towels; to be more eco friendly.

This property is well located for the city of Thun, it was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and even less to reach the shops or restaurants. The room was spacious, had good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and accomodating throughout our stay!

I bumped my head on the slanted roof too many times to count in both the bedroom area and bathroom. There was no mini fridge or safe/lock box.

Great walking distance to explore Thun by foot, and Interlaken/Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen by car. Our apartment was facing the railway but the soundproofing was amazing and we could barely hear the trains.

Website stated free toiletries, but the container of body wash was very low and ran out after the first shower with no refill available in the room. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for the stay (4 people), no refill in any of the cupboards (noticed after hours when reception was closed and unable to request refill).

Very spacious apartment for 3 pax with 2 bedrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Full living room with nice sofa, kitchen and nice dining table that seats 6. Walking distance to Thun train station, near shopping area with supermarkets nearby. Superb.

No housekeeping for our 5 night stay. Had to bring garbage down ourselves. Coffee machine only had 3 coffee capsules. Have to pay extra to top up. Shower drainage semi blocked so water tends to pond.

We had 3 nights stay and everything was perfect 👌. We reached before 15:00( check-in time) and the receptionist received us with such a kindness and hospitality.Location - very near to the train station.The rooms are very modern with unique design ,clean and well maintained. Overall it was a pleasant stay and definitely I ll recommend it.
