Clean, nice staff with bus station just in-front

The staff insisted on me to cancel my prepaid rooms extension on Booking to book directly from their hotel, unfortunately this caused me a lot of troubles and unnecessary headache with the payment later, so basically they ruined 2 days of my holiday The breakfast is below average and its same everyday, its also finish very early for us No kettle, no phone in the rooms, no room dining service Self check in was hectic since we arrived at night and it was so dark, even the gate was not clear at the beginning

The staff are very friendly and explain all the important details during check in.The coffee,sweets,chocolates and water provided at the hotel lobby was great to start the day with.The location is superb with the frequent bus connection to Thun train station.The bus stop is just within short walking distance from hotel entrance. Overall all are great and its a very pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast has limited choice of food and the restaurant’s staff can be more friendly to make the guest feel more welcome

The rooms were neat and clean! The convenience of self check-in is a plus. Aircon that actually works was great especially during summers. The Smart TV is a great addition as well.

The rooms do not have an electric kettle. However there is a coffee station at the lobby offering bottled water as well. The all in one body-hair-face shampoo could be changed but it’s not a big deal. Breakfast option was very limited.

Fantastic setting in quiet area outside town but number 3 bus service to town is excellent every 10 minutes all day and takes less than 10 mins to be in the town or at the station and from right outside the hotel - great choice if you don't want to be in the centre . If you arrive by train catch the number 3 to the hotel ..taxi was very expensive Staff very friendly Comfortable Free coffee and bottled water welcome

Didn't like the bathroom which was open plan with a sliding door which either covered the toilet or shower . The shower leaked into the sink area ... bearable but prefer traditional seperate bathroom

Clean, modern hotel with secure parking and really efficient self check in system. Bed comfortable, room quiet and bathroom modern. Enjoyable stay and good nights sleep.

I'm usually quick to find faults with hotel rooms but can't think of any suggestions for improvement with this one. Maybe better signage to car park entrance would help if coming from one direction as we parked in the wrong place at first but not much of an issue.

Fantastic staff and an extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable room. We also enjoyed access to Netflix, teas, coffee, and chocolates. Plus, we received free public transport cards, which was very convenient. I absolutely recommend it!

I like everything while im staying there , but i have this small advantage that we an arab people lived in a hot weather almost, we like when we thinking of travel that we are looking for a place that we can staying happy and comfortable as i mean you must think to provide your rooms with an AC , we need that really . Thank you

Super clean, quiet, modern, comfortable rooms with private balconies.

Too far from Thun center to walk there, but busses are available and an Uber ride is quick. Bathrooms in the new wing are a bit awkward for all but intimate couples.

The cleanliness and calmness of the place and the people were friendly and what I liked the most was the treatment of the two receptionists “Nathalie” and “Livia” My room was upgraded by Livia and also “Nathalie” who helped me change the currency and I was always smiling and this made my stay comfortable and happy, thank you very much to them
