Absolutely beautiful location. The hotel is very well designed and surrounded by plenty of trees. It is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The lake Thun is right behind the hotel, and you can enjoy the scenic view while having your food outside or inside the hotel restaurant. Excellent breakfast and overall a very good facility, we enjoyed our stay.

We observed that the older staff of the breakfast restaurant had little bit of an attitude and were not that helpful like the younger staff.

Friendly staff; excellent location (nearby basic services, city center and tourist attractions); beautiful location (lake view access from lobby and restaurant, and gardens view access from lobby as well as from rooma balconies); very quite (no car or machinery noise) and relaxing in combination with the lake and gardens); plenty of car parking space; good breakfast variety.

Fridge does not chill drinks (almost non functional; no water kettle (boiler); 20-m2 room area is too small compared to the price and other similar hotels; elecrical outlets not nearby the bed requiring bringing extension cords (in modern times, outlets next to beds are becoming the norms since people now carry alot of rechargable electronic gadgets; draining system of shower section of bathroom need improvement since water escaping to toilet section does not drain and keep floor wet.

Yhe hotel.was the perfect location just outside the main town of Thun. A 3min bus ride from right outside the train station yo right outside the hotel, perfect! The setting was beautiful, right on the lake. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with the restaurant overlooking the lake. The room was perfect size.for the 2 of us with bottled water left for.us daily. The bonus for is was the spa. Open until 10pm but it can be later if requested.

The only.downside is poor lighting in the main room but thus can be said in most hotels. The bathroom was well lit and perfect for getting ready day/night.

The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean. The spa is very well done and relaxing.

The breakfast was not sufficiently staffed. We had to set our own table on Sunday as there were not enough people on staff to clean tables and assist. The coffee machines often malfunctioned. The room was a bit small, and the set up of the bathroom resulted in water from the shower splashing throughout the bathroom. The glass partition could be a bit longer to help avoid this.

Beautiful and convenient location. Ideal for lake swimming; there were stone steps with a railing that helped you get into the water. The water was clean and very invigorating ( i.e. a little cold, but I like it this way). the lake was quickly becoming deep, allowing you to swim. We tried the Lido also, which is 2 minutes away by the free bus, but the lake there is very shallow. Everything else was perfect too, lovely staff, breakfast,modern design, very comfortable beds, etc.

There was a lot to like at seepark thun. The sauna and spa area were very impressive. The breakfast was a solid 9/10. And the bathroom in the room was really good

The major downside is the lack of cooling in the room. Yes you can have the window open which definitely helps cool the room but with the lack of fly screens in place we definitely had some insects come in as well. All this can be avoided by not travelling in peak summer season too

Picturesque location at the Thunersee, with friendly staff, outside restaurant seating, fabulous restaurant, outdoor food truck, swimming adjacent to the hotel, free bicycle rental, SUP rental, wellness facilities.

It’s basically an older conference hotel from the 80’s, that’s been updated to a 4 star hotel. None of the rooms face the lake and are not particularly roomy nor exceptional for the relatively high price, but well updated for today’s modern standards.

The hotel's location next to the lake was absolutely stunning. We were delighted to find that we could easily rent e-bikes from the hotel, allowing us to embark on a picturesque tour around Thuner- and Brienzsee. Additionally, the availability of canoes added another layer of enjoyment to our stay.

There was no coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. When I asked for warm water at the bar, I was informed that it would be charged. Later, they offered to give me warm water from the tap, but only after I mentioned that I needed it for medication did I receive boiled water without an additional charge. However, the person working at the bar was not very polite. The room was quite warm during the night. When we tried to sleep with the window open, we were disturbed by screams from outside, which woke us up a few times. The spa facilities were nice, but there was information indicating that it was textile-free. So, we arrived as we were, but most people were wearing swimwear. While that would have been fine, some people were also taking pictures, which was uncomfortable.

The location is superb, the service was great, the food was amazing. We visited on the first of August, seeing the fireworks around the lake from the hotel terrace was amazing. Parking our car was easy and we got a free public transport pass to see the sights, great!

Point of improvement could be airco in the room for a hot summer day. But we didnt plan on staying in the room. Having a kettle to make tea would be great.

This is a fantastic hotel in a superb location on the lakeside that also has wonderful facilities such as the spa/sauna. The room was a reasonable size and had a small balcony with table and chairs to be able to enjoy the warm weather. The room was also well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. Guests of the hotel also benefit from a local travel pass that gets you free access to the busses to travel around the local area. Ideal for getting in/out of Thun, although it is only a 10-15min walk.

It was warm when we stayed and it wasn't clear how the heating in the room would be used to cool the space. Otherwise no other issues, it was a lovely hotel.
