Very friendly staff, pretty decent value for money, great location, simple but very functional and clean room. I would go there again any time I need to stay for a night in Thun.

The communication regarding the check-in wasn't 100% clear. I was never quite certain if it was going to be with somebody at a reception or self check-in. I had done an online check-in but couldn't login to that system anymore later and didn't find some kind of e-mail with a link. The messages to booking.com were a bit long and winding. Overall, I think the communication and information strategy could be streamlined.

The room met every expectation. It was big enough for two people, hot water was running instantly (i.e. no cold water wasted while waiting for hot water), room smelt very good, the bed was comfy. May be provide more than one pillow, or a sturdier pillow. Depending on the location of the room there is a fantastic mountain view. The reception was very helpful, there is also a possibility of self check-in/out during early/late hours. Overall very positive, I'll definitely stay here again!

Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and great shower! The staff were friendly and helpful - they provided additional pillows on request :) The underground parking was convenient, but not cheap at CHF 15 per night. It's a lovely walk into Thun, along the lake or the bus is quick and free for tourists. We would love to come and stay again.

Unfortunately our room (2105) was above a frequently used door leading between bedrooms and reception - the door slammed noisily and disturbed us in the morning particularly. We asked about changing rooms, but there was nothing suitable at the time.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Due to the heat, we had to keep our windows open, and there was a lot of traffic noise. They also charged for coffee for guests.

- Traffic noise - since there was no air conditioning, the windows had to be opened. - Bedside lamp only on one side. - No coffee machine [may be a good idea to have an automatic one in the building somewhere] - who drinks powdered coffee nowdays?

The location was good, right next to a bus stop that would take you to the main bus and train station or you could easily walk to the main bus/train station in about 15 to 20 minutes. The room and the buildings were nice and all the staff were friendly. It's just a very short walk to go to the lake and that was beautiful!

Where the bed was with opening the windows (because it was hot) was a little difficult.

I liked the location; we were next to Lake Thun and near the park, just a 2-minute walk away.

I didn't like that there was no mini fridge in the room, at least to store snacks and drinks. This was very inconvenient. Additionally, we were not informed upfront that parking would incur an additional charge. For two days, we paid €30.

super friendly and helpful staff. happy to answer questions and go above and beyond to help out. rooms are so clean and spacious. public transport is just on the doorstep. easy check out using their system which is fully explained by the staff. highly recommend the hotel to all.

everything was brilliant

Rooms are clean and safe. location is 15min walk to bahnhof , bus number 1 to stop seepark is stopping next to hotel, there is water purification in the corridor of the hotel to get drinking water.

Breakfast buffet options could have been more various
