Neat and modern, efficient and friendly staff.Bed very comfortable.

- Traffic noise - since there was no air conditioning, the windows had to be opened. - Bedside lamp only on one side. - No coffee machine [may be a good idea to have an automatic one in the building somewhere] - who drinks powdered coffee nowdays?

Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and great shower! The staff were friendly and helpful - they provided additional pillows on request :) The underground parking was convenient, but not cheap at CHF 15 per night. It's a lovely walk into Thun, along the lake or the bus is quick and free for tourists. We would love to come and stay again.

Unfortunately our room (2105) was above a frequently used door leading between bedrooms and reception - the door slammed noisily and disturbed us in the morning particularly. We asked about changing rooms, but there was nothing suitable at the time.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Due to the heat, we had to keep our windows open, and there was a lot of traffic noise. They also charged for coffee for guests.

I liked the location; we were next to Lake Thun and near the park, just a 2-minute walk away.

I didn't like that there was no mini fridge in the room, at least to store snacks and drinks. This was very inconvenient. Additionally, we were not informed upfront that parking would incur an additional charge. For two days, we paid €30.

super friendly and helpful staff. happy to answer questions and go above and beyond to help out. rooms are so clean and spacious. public transport is just on the doorstep. easy check out using their system which is fully explained by the staff. highly recommend the hotel to all.

everything was brilliant

The hotel lies in a quiet area just outside Thun. Very well served by public transport. You also receive a Panorama Card, with which you can use buses free of charge for all the days you’re staying at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helping. They allowed us to check-in 5 hours before the actual check-in time and to store our luggages for some hours after our check-out free of charge.

Location is next to the lake and the bus station which takes you everywhere, staff were very helpful and coopreative specially Jana. They provide you with tickets that have discounts for attractions in Thun. Housekeeping comes every day and they do a really good job. Spacious rooms.

Pillows are a bit uncomfortable. Inscets and bees get inside rooms during summer. No Ac neither fans. Noisy if you open the windows during the day but quite at night.

Location was great. Just in front of a bus station and near train station of Thun. Switzerland Public Transport Service is one of the best in the world and having the bus stop in front of the hotel was great for us having daily trips of about 2 or 3 hours.

The cleanliness, water and our room was great for what we needed. The front desk staff was amazing and kind. It was a huge plus for us that there was a laundry machine to use for free. Really beautiful location.

The pillows were flimsy. No tv in the room.

Only things that can be said is no bug screen on window or air conditioning (I was aware when I booked) but it would be good to have.
