Very clean room and shower with everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. I was able to have the window open a little for some air. Very easy going feeling on reception and at breakfast. Great location next to lake and pool. Good bus connection for city and the family I was visiting.

I had a minor problem with the toilet cistern refilling and making a noise. It stopped when I sat on the loo again. Reported this. It didn't cost me any sleep.

Neat, clean, tidy hotel room. The staff is very helpful. Location is very good. The hotel is near Thun lake. Bus stop is nearby and Thun train station is only 3-4 stops away by bus.

There is no AC. The hotels are not designed for summers. Without AC and fans it’s difficult to sleep in the night. Even though the temperature outside was around 21, inside was quite warm. Breakfast options could be better. For example, the eggs can be boiled and kept instead of asking everyone to boil eggs themselves.

Very spacious and clean room. The bathroom was gigantic (maybe even too much), and the jacuzzi was a really addition. A convertible sofa, a desk, and a small balcony. Also private parking available (extra 4 CHF per day). City center reachable in 10-15 minutes with public transport. Not to forget, very friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet (Thank you for all the gluten-free elements ... so rare) !

A little bit in the outskirt of the city, but easily reachable though public transport (every 15 minutes). But very close from the beaches ...

Big bright clean room, great shower. Comfy bed, quiet. Lots of parking space. Location - right at the beach/swimming pool. Great breakfast. Bus stop 1 min walk, very handy for going into Thun, otherwise a nice 20 minute walk. Lovely staff, very helpful. Got a free bus pass for the duration of our stay.

Would have loved coffee/tea making equipment in the room. A second chair would also have been nice.

Friendy and helpful staff. The hotel is close to the lake. Ideal for sport (biking, running and swimming). Good morning breakfast.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was simple but hade everything and good coffee in the machines. The location was good for us as the bus stop for. Umber 1 bus was right by hotel we were also near a bike rental shop and the lake. Athe staff was very friendly

The rooms were a little warm because of no air conditioning but not too bad.

The staff was really nice to me, they tried to help every time I had a request. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was very reasonable.

The bedsheets that were given were a bit too warm for the temperature of the room.

The breakfast was decent and a wide range of food selection. Bed is comfortable and clean, also the Bassinet for my baby was comfortable, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

There were people talking so loud outside, and the noise was echoing and we can hear them from our room.

Good location, very close to the lake. Free parking and a bus stop just around the corner, if you don't want to walk or take your car to the city center. Very clean room, big bathroom and good breakfast buffet.
