Great view from our balcony. Good hotel BF. Good size room and Netflix and Internet TV.

No lift but a minor issue as we were given instruction on how to go the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue and only issue we had was the Internet. It didn’t work for the Swisscom login or the hotel wifi given. The Internet system perhaps is not good in the whole of Switzerland. I’m sure the hotel paid for the services but good to tell the telecom to work on it. We experienced on and off wifi as it keeps loading. And many times the page will hang and we have to restart it again. No AC but not a major problem as they provided a fan but the fan is really too low power and not strong enough.

The hotel was central, clean and the staff was ok.

The bed ... not a queen/double bad, awful because was about only 140 cm large .... the breakfast ? Omg !!! Awful as well. Every morning was the same, 2 tipes of cheese, 2 tipes of salami and 3 tipes of yogurt (3 different fruits) oh, and because we were in the period before their Easter, some left coloured eggs, very very cold served in the 5th 6th 7th day after the holiday ! Not a single hot dish, an scrabled egg, an sausage, an english breakfast or something international to eat, or anything warm .... Was very very lame and disapointed !!!

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Seaside Spiez Hotel Seaside in Spiez offers stunning views of Lake Thun and the mountains , truly picture-perfect. The staff were warm and helpful, making the stay extra special. My room was clean, with a lake-view balcony perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and but same, and the hotel is just a short walk from the train station. This hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d gladly stay again!

Wish if they could include Air conditioning and variety in breakfast .

staff at the reception when we checked in: we traveled a long way and she said she can only give us 1 min as there were other people behind us - and I booked 5 rooms! very expensive for such treatment. also asked us to go around the building (when it was raining) for 2 of the 5 rooms but found out later there is actually a connecting access from inside the building! I guess she really didnt have time for us to show us around.

We had a room with lake view, and that sight was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and had many options. Wi-fi was good quality and accessible everywhere. The staff was very helpful.

The double bed was a bit narrow, and as it was put with one side to the wall, the person sleeping at the wall had trouble getting in/out. Also, noises from adjacent rooms were quite audible.

The ambience of the hotel was superb. I have added a picture of the view from the terrace. This is one of the budget hotels close to Interlaken. The staff was and the checkin was smooth.

The location is 20 min walk from the railway station and the buses are limited, which is a concern if you have commutes with luggage. In addition, there are limited or no grocery shops nearby. But still it's ok, provided the budget and the place

Amazing view on the lake, small but clean room, 10-15mins walks to the train station and city center. The staff is very friendly & helpful, the breakfast is great. There is a but stop nearby with an hourly bus to go to the train station or more frequent buses to connect with the nearby cities.

No A/C and the room was a bit small but relatively okay for a couple.

Recently renovated,spotlessly clean,very comfy beds. Really nice breakfast and a fantastic location-close to the lake and in a very peaceful area. The staff were really helpful and the hotel had a very nice feel to it.

The shower area was exposed to the rest of the room and the balconies are all joined up with other rooms so the privacy aspect isn’t great. Staff were not keen for you to eat your breakfast on the terrace which is a shame as it overlooks parts of the lake.

Room was bigger than in most hotels with a partial view of the lake. A washing machine is available for guests to use for a small fee which was very welcome. Breakfast had a wide selection

It was not shown when we booked that this is primarily a conference/training hotel which meant that some facilities such as bar/restaurant/coffee shop are not provided. Sound insulation between rooms seemed poor

Good view. Great breakfast. Walkable distance to town and supermarket. You can’t complain about it with this reasonable price.

All good. If you are living on floor 2 there might be chances you need to carry your luggage for a few steps. Balcony are not private. But those things don’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay.
