This is a comfortable hotel in a great location walking distance from Interlaken west train station. Accommodation is in good sized rooms that are both very clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms do require updating as it is challenging to get in / out of the showers via the bath tub but we coped but older people may struggle or risk a fall. Breakfast was included in the stay which on 2 out of 3 occasions was good but on the Sunday an hour before breakfast service was due to finish everything was gone ! No hot food left, no bread or bakery items, we were told that more was coming buy after 20 minutes of waiting we had to go catch our train.

A lovely hotel in a convenient location for exploring the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the bridge leading to the Old Town. Quiet and beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a coffee machine, toiletries, a quiet air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. Two excellent and fast elevators. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, offering complimentary coffee and assisting with anything we needed. They were patient and informative. The hotel has a great restaurant, and right next door there’s a small, affordable Chinese restaurant with delicious food. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd time at Krebs and totally loved it again! A heritage hotel with all modern facilities including AC in the hottest summer.. Location cant get better, walking distance from west station. In the city centre with views of Alps right from your room. Special thanks and shout out to Marina, Christina, Peter and Hana for making our stay so memorable. Starting with a room upgrade to day to day suggestions/ recommendations for places to visit.. the personalised touch made it all so comforting and awesome.

My recent stay at Hotel Krebs in Interlaken was a delightful experience that perfectly complemented the breathtaking beauty of the Swiss Alps. Location: Situated just a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, Hotel Krebs offers unparalleled accessibility to the town’s attractions and transportation hubs. Its central location made it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and embark on excursions to nearby mountains and lakes.  Accommodation: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with contemporary furnishings. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including air conditioning, a minibar, and a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days filled with adventure.  Dining: Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring a diverse buffet with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The on-site restaurant served delicious Swiss cuisine, and the lounge bar provided a cozy atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. Service: The staff at Hotel Krebs were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local activities, their hospitality enhanced my stay. They even prepared a breakfast bag for an early morning departure, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction.   Overall Experience: Hotel Krebs exceeded my expectations with its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. Rooms were a bit dated but it was very charming

The location is excellent, close to Interlaken West Train station, Coop supermarket, restaurants, The room size is adequate for 2 persons. The breakfast selection is nice but they are the same everyday. It would be better if some of the breakfast menu changed.

The mattress is too soft and slightly sunk from long-time use. This caused slight backache for elder people.

Excellent location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, 3 min walk from the train station Interlaken West, all the staff is very helpful, especially Paul, thank you for your kindness :) The breakfast was good with quite a variety of choices, their restaurant is good too, very practical, I highly recommend

The mattress wasn't 100% comfortable, but it was okay.

Everything was perfect except the bed was not comfortable and the mattress for the double bed was separated (two parts) each party has his own, the staff was so friendly and helpful the hotel is really nice and good.

The bed was not comfortable, the smell of the cooking in the kitchen goes to all rooms need to have some remedy and solutions to Expel cooking smells outside the hotel.

We liked the hotel it was clean comfortable with delicious breakfast and perfect location in the centre of the city, but we had simple misunderstanding as i booked the hotel twice in two different dates, when we arrived they told us everything was payed for and we don't have to worry that its two bookings, but as we were leaving and want to check out we found out that there's still some payment needed from us that we missed but didn't expect, of course we checked again and it was true and we payed everything BUT it was confusing especially that it apeared as we were leaving and after we were told everything was fine before, this misunderstanding cost us to stay longer for check out and miss our plans for the day and the staff were not friendly, we would never have left the hotel without paying everything needed from us but when we asked why we were not told before they blamed each other... they said the staff who checked us in made a mistake,... this hotel was amazing and I truly recommend it, and we were planning to visiting again but what happened in the end of our stay make me doubt that we will be back

Location was very good. Right in the centre of Interlaken and close to all amenities. Train station west very near and shops close by. The staff were very helpful and helped us a lot when we arrived late due to a delay of our flight. The room was always very clean and warm. Good supply of toiletries. We always found two bottles of water after the cleaning was done as well as coffee, tea and milk sachets in the room. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

Hotel staff very helpful. Really close to the train station. Room size was good. Breakfast had a good choice. Had extra pillows available. Great amenities in the bathroom. When we would leave our room we could smell the wonderful fondue cooking.

Shower the bath, only a problem because I was travelling with some older. Took a long time for the water to drain. A crack in the bathroom mirror.
