The property is a good value for money, good view, close to the bus station that takes you to interlaken in 30 mins. The room was clean and of a comfortable size. Even though this is a self checkin hotel our checkin exp was very smooth. there is no breakfast included but there is a coffee machine, microwave and kettle which helps with the basics of breakfast and ready to eat meals. it was safe and the surroundings were amazing. away from the city yet close enough.

We haven't had breakfast in hotel regina. I suggestion I would like to give is they should offer bed and breakfast deal. Me and my husband booked this same hotel back in 2013 with bed and breakfast offer deal. This time we as a family booked this same hotel because of location and cleanliness and quiet away from town noise the scenic views are just beyond imagination. Mr YoYo owner of hotel is such a lovey person.

Please offer bed and breakfast deals. So in our 3rd visit with family I do hope they will offer bed and breakfast like same before when we first time visited hotel regina in 2013.

Nothing major. They did not have elevator which made carrying the luggage’s bit difficult.

I really enjoyed my stay and would stay in here again. Location was perfect for a person travelling without a car (next to a bus stop). Having a shared fridge and electric kettle was helpful. The WiFi was fast and shared toilet and shower were next to the room.

The power outlet in the room was half broken and the lock in the shower door was useless.

Really great location. You can take off for really great hikes straight from the hotel! Rather simple installations but some rooms have really nice views. Breakfast is included and very complete.

Our room's heating system was not really working and the rooms were a bit cold. The decoration in the hall was not really homogenous, some very nice pictures of mountains mixed with very strange out-of-place art. The main hall at the entrance had a lot of very nice facilities like pool and darts, air hockey, but you had to pay for everything, that was strange.

You can't walk to the center since situation is hight up to the mountain but there is the bus going every hour to Interlaken West train station. Breakfast was simple but fine for a light breakfast (bread with cheese and ham, yogurt, fruits, egg and cereals.

For me the pillow was quite big and hard. Grocery store you need to go down to Interlaken. There was construction going nearby but didn't really bother me. I was looking for only place to sleep some calm place.

The balcony was great. It was actually the roof over the restaurant so it was huge but shared with all the other rooms on the second floor. Breakfast was good.

The staff takes Sunday and Monday off including in the restaurant so when we arrived it was self check in. It is literally the only place to get food in this quaint bedroom community. Sunday and Monday we had to take the bus 20 min down to Interlaken to get food.

The location at which this property exist, is just mindblowing The views are great and so is the hotel from outside and even inside You just need to walk 10 steps to catch your bus from the bus station The staff was very polite and the best part is he is an Asian guy and ofcourse we had those perks of being an Indian visitor We had a blast staying at this property

Washrooms can be more spacious

The location of the hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. We couldn't have Breakfast so the staff packed it the previous day and kept in the fridge , this was quite good. i loved the view from Balcony and the cleanliness was top notch. highly recommended.

The only issue is that the bus to this hotel is after every 1 hour so we had to plan our travel . but this was a minor incovenience

It has a very nice view, easily accesible with public transportation. We had a good rest after a long day. A little bit noisy but not too bad. Cold water provided and other amenities are in good condition.
