Location and connectivity: The hotel is located in Neuhaus (Unterseen) and is accessible through bus 21 which takes around 12-14 minutes from Interlaken Ost SBB train station (main connecting station to most of the places). The bus stop is just outside the hotel and buses run at an interval of every 20 minutes. The hotel also has a boat station in the back which takes you to Interlaken West train/ bus station. There are mountains on one side and water on the other. There is a Interlaken paragliding place nearby the hotel. Overall, lhe location of the hotel and connectivity is amazing! Stay: The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy and are perfect for a family stay. The room has a locker. They also have a baby cot for infants which was provided without any extra cost. The hotel also has umbrellas that can be used during rains and a reading section where they have a few books. Food: There is a separate restaurant section. The breakfast (buffet) served here has limited options for vegetarian people (who don't eat eggs). They had 4 types of flakes with milk, 4-5 types of fresh breads, cheese, yoghurt, fruits (6-7 types), fruit juices, boiled vegetables and rosti. For coffee/ milk there is a vending machine. There is a common microwave oven at the hotel which can be used by the guests. Staff: The staff at the hotel and restaurant are extremely friendly. Especially Mr. Sandro at the restaurant and Mr. Rafael at the reception. They also respond to emails very quickly.

Breakfast for pure vegetarians had limited options as most of the things had egg in it.

Location good.The lady in kitchen packed us the morning breakfast even at 9pm as we had to go early fr our trip.she was not at all adamant like other people at hotel.Means reception people were so adamant that if you go at 8:55pm they have one word..Sorry ,it’s closed.Breakfast was too good.

No microwave in second building where I was there.It was raining so heavily on 27th that I got severely hurt taking my food from one building to other building at 10pm.Secondly there is no one to help you after 9pm means I had no idea where to take first aid.I came back to room then washed with running water.I mailed the same to hotel also

Great location, fairy tale location, good break fast and lovely room. I enjoyed a lot. Near Thun lake looks amazing. Recommends everyone to stay there if you want good breakfast with lovely view. Bus pass has been provided us to Interlaken OST & Interlaken West. Nice...i will come again.

Our room was in the annex. This gave us a balcony with a view of the hotel gardens and the edge of the lake. A huge asset was a fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea making facilities provided. The breakfast had a very good choice and always gave us a good start to the day. We were initially concerned about the location, being away from the center of town, but this proved to be an asset, as it was much quieter than Interlaken, which gets very busy with tourists in holiday periods. There are also some nice walks from the hotel. You are well connected to the town by a regular bus service (No21) which runs every half hour to both of the main train stations (Interlaken West and Ost). We were issued with free travel cards for the bus by the hotel. Note: the same bus can also take you in the opposite direction to Thun, the Niederhorn (funicular and lift) and the St Beatus Cave. The hotel restaurant serves high quality food which we can recommend, however as a result, it does well, so we would also recommend booking a table in advance. If you are on a budget, the camp site on the opposite side of the road also has a very good restaurant "Blockhus" where we enjoyed two very good meals,

We really enjoyed our stay here, there was nothing we didn't like.

Nice big room with balcony, view onto the lake Thun. Nice bathroom with good shower facility. The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of food, juices and coffee. We liked the location at the lake of Thun very much. Bus #21 provides good transportation service to the East and West Interlaken train stations.

Would be nice to have an elevator for the 3 different floors.

Neu Haus is a top location with breathtaking views of the Alps and excellent service. The lakeside offers ample opportunity for a quick dip or walk or simply relaxing after a touristy day. We stayed at their resort and had a superb experience - room was comfortable and cleaned everyday, all amenities as listed in the advt. were there, a hearty breakfast was served everyday at the restaurant, staff was kind, welcoming and happy to assist. The Resort is well connected to Interlaken City by Bus (which is free). If you are staying longer, you can also walk down to Manor Farm for washing or ironing cloths. Pizza at Landhaus is amazing.

Everything was well organised by the Hotel. It would be superb if Bus No. 21 could run late in the evening always. It would make the Interlaken City more accessible.

The property is located far from the main Interlaken station; thus, we must take the bus every half hour. However, the views from the property area and the lake are so appealing that one may spend hours staring at them. The breakfast was fantastic, with many options, and the seating arrangement was wonderful, with a lake view. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

We spotted little spiders entering the room when the windows were opened, a weird fragrance in one room, and the teacups did not appear to be changed during our stay. There is nothing to help carry large-sized luggage to the top floor. There is no lift; thus, it is self-service only.

This is a Beautiful lakeside property just 3 minutes away from Central Interlaken, The view from the rooms and the dining area is mesmerizing. There is a massive restaurant overlooking the lake with outdoor seating and a massive play area and walkways. There are beautiful swans on the property that just add to the beauty. The staff is so warm and friendly and makes your stay pleasant and comfortable.

That I had limited days at the property, I would have loved to spend more time here and enjoying the calm. I have nothing negative to say, Top Notch.

Location was great! a short bus ride away from the main centre of Interlaken, a beautiful setting on a lake! room was a good size and we had an amazing view. the bus stop was right outside the hotel and as per Switzerland standards they were always on time so it was easy to plan getting around. check in and out was very easy. there is a camp ground opposite where you can do laundry if needed. if you don't mind getting buses into and out of town then its a great stay

The breakfast options were limited and often hot food was cold but they had a nice coffee machine. no air con in the rooms so was quite stuffy if you wanted to close the windows but they did provide a small fan.

Nice area, by the lake. Breakfast is good, they have everything you wish (from a Western point of view). Unfortunately the coffee is nothing to enjoy, but this is Switzerland, not Italy. The Swiss have not learned yet how to make good coffee!

The look from outside, when arriving is shocking. It reminded me of the old creepy Motel 6 in the US, only a little bit worse. Shocking at these prices. But welcome to Switzerland. Unfortunately, when entering the room, it didn't get better. Of course, it could be that other rooms have been renovated. Personal remains unfriendly. They don't even try to be nice, welcoming, respectful and friendly. I was asking myself if they don't know where the money for their salaries come from! The good news is that after the 2nd day, I got used to everything.
