The room view is fantastic with a spacious balcony. The spa and the kids' area are great. Also, the free parking and the location of this hotel are perfect.

Some of the staff at the reception were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I have asked for a portable fan for the apartment-two floors, givin the warm air, but she refused to provide two fans. Also, the welcoming was below average, and no one is available to assist you during check-in .

This hotel is absolutely immaculate, the apartments very spacious and the service is excellent. Lovely indoor pool with a sauna/steam room and a good range of equipment in the gym. I would most certainly stay here again in the future. The electric charge points in the hotel parking lot came in very useful.

The apartments would really benefit from air conditioning during the summer months. It was 28/29 degrees during our stay recently and there were no fans available so the apartment was far too warm at night. I would be more inclined to use the kitchenette facility if the utensils/pots and pans were free of charge. I understand there is a cleaning charge attached to this but you allow free use of the electric oven, stove and dishwasher which we wanted to use after completing quite a strenuous event in Interlaken! A few sets of knives and forks/plates & bowls/a pot & pan would make such a difference. It was the difference between a 9 & a 10 on our booking.com review :)

We appreciated the extra mile the hotel took for keeping kids happy. The playground outside, indoor play area and pool were all a hit for our 2 and 4 year olds. Our family apartment was spacious and had an amazing view of the lake and mountains. Brekky was delicious with plenty of options for the whole family. It was a little pretentious a setting for toddlers. The Beatenberg Guest Card helped us keep transportation costs down and it was so convenient to catch the reliable bus in front of the hotel.

I wish it would have been possible to relocate with our breakfast to the outside patios. Expecting young children to stay engaged with a meal and not disturb other guests takes a lot of effort and made it hard for us parents to enjoy ourselves. We understand the logistics of keeping complimentary food items in one area; however, we would have preferred grabbing our coffees and food on a tray and eating by the playground. The weather and scenery were unbelievable. Most of our coffee pods were damaged and unusable in the Nespresso machine. Since we were in the apartment, it would have been nice to have 4 coffee mugs instead of just 2.

The property is situated right next to a bus stop. There is free parking available on site. The room was spacious and comfortable for housing a family of 4. The view of the mountains overlooking the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The property is easily accessible through a 20 minute bus ride from Interlaken. The spa facilities were top notch and the breakfast was really well laid with plenty of options.

The bathroom could be accessed by using the spiral staircase which connected the bedroom to the living area which was slightly uncomfortable though not a deal breaker.

Location is just fantastic. We WILL go back in a year or two for sure. Very friendly staff, extremely professional. Excellent, fantastic Breakfast - breakfast and Dinner staff were very friendly. Oh and I took a room with view and THE VIEWS WERE FANTASTIC. Take time to do some morning walks on the left or right of the hotel, EXTREMELY SCENIC AREA.

The refrigerator was making a noise that kept awake the three nights we stayed, but it's our fault too, we kinda mentioned it to the staff but we did not insist on a replacement. Oh and another thing, I didn't understand the protocol for room cleaning, they didn't clean used cups but did make beds for us, some basic expectations from housekeeping staff were not met. And yes NO English TV programming. And my Amazon video couldn't pair with the TV, so a problem 😀. I asked for HDMI cables to hardwire my laptop, the hotel didn't have any. Just a couple of things to improve upon.

We loved the location and thr food. Breakfast was very taaty and good quality. Service exceprional. Free transport offered by hotel, big thank you. Second best was the location with incredible views. We could sum up Switzerland landscape in one single view from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful.

I found the room a bit outdated as design with low quality pillows and poor lighting. Also, for the price that we paid i didn't expect to have the kitchinette locked and offered for an extra fee. This is a basic for a family. So on the accommodation side, not the best.

Amazing place and a large hotel with all the facilities. Self-service laundry and dryer are also available. We stayed in an apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Thun—the view was absolutely marvelous. The hotel offered very reasonable prices compared to other hotels in Interlaken, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only concern is that if you're relying on public transport, this may not be the most convenient location, as there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, and only one bus operates on the road with a frequency of once per hour. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive to Interlaken. However, if you're traveling by car, this is an amazing choice and will make your stay truly wonderful.

The property was beautiful! We had a lovely view of the lake below, the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! amazing after a long day of hiking! The room was cozy and relaxing. The breakfast had a huge spread of hot and cold food and drinks… The staff were lovely especially the man who helped serve breakfast and the women who greeted us at reception!

It was quite far to get to from the town and took a bus 20-30 mins to get there. Sadly we didn’t get to spend much time here as we arrived late after a busy day and left in the morning. We were gutted we couldn’t use the pool and spa but that was our fault not theirs! The only thing was it was quite a maze to find your room and having clearer maps or directions to find your room would help more!

Amazing view, very family, friendly, and very pet friendly. They even allowed us to bring the dogs to dinner with us if we wanted. The staff was amazing at check-in and throughout our entire experience. Parking is extremely limited out front, but ultimately we had no issue finding parking when we needed it.

There really isn’t anything to not like, but if you are going into town, it is most definitely a long and winding drive up to the top. However, the hotel does offer complementary bus passes and the stop is directly in front of the hotel if you do not want to drive.

Rating goes high to staff, who was very helpful and supportive, location, which was a bit away from the touristy busy spots in Interlaken, and views which were fantastic and breath taking. The hotel also has free on spot parking which made real difference and this is something rare in Swiss. The kids loved the playground area as well as the mini golf. It keeps them busy throughout the day.

Kitchen closets and drawers were locked and you can't use the kitchen amenities until you pay extra CHF 40. I don't see this wise and professional for a lovely hotel. Especially when you come in with family and have kids.
