Fantastic location just by the lake with beautiful view and access to lake beach. Historical property with a very welcoming spirit both for solo travelers, but also plenty of families. Fantastic breakfast. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A small parking space for a couple of motorcycles inside the property would be really nice and wouldn't take much room anywhere. One of the days I had to park the motorcycle away from the property because the parking outside was full and not really suitable to park motorcycles.

I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.

the views are incredible, hot showers, clean and tidy spaces, good breakfast, close to bus stop, far enough from city but not too far that it’s inaccessible, and shout-out to Martin and his co worker from Brazil who were very helpful and friendly

loud sounds due to the hostel house being quite old and creaky, no wifi connection in hostel rooms

Highly recommended for solo travelers or family stacation. The hostel was clean, service was good. They have great view in every corner. Beautiful lake, and you can also swim. I loved it!

Just because it’s really close to train railway so it’s a quiet noisy in the night when sleep.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. I made the mistake of not reserving dinner 24 hours ahead of time and they still kindly let me have dinner at the hostel. The location was amazing! Right on the water with a dock and watercraft for rent (very cheap too!). The sunset over the lake was absolutely beautiful.

The breakfast was pretty normal, nothing out of the ordinary. No warm meals though. Just the usual cold meat, cereals, bread/toast, coffee, milk etc.

The shared rooms didn't have a working locker although the description said so. There were only two shower rooms.

Omg the location is exotic. Lake access and original Swiss chalet. Easy to reach by bus 60 from Interlaken ost. I am so glad I booked them Spectacular views

They have few double bed rooms

Breakfast was my favorite part. It was fresh and sooo delicious. Especially with the gorgeous morning view of the lake. I could enjoy that every morning of my life.

A hostel with 5 stars view! Great location near the bus stop and 10 minutes from Interlaken. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Highly recommended!
