We really enjoyed our stay at Beausite Park. We love the view from our room. The location was excellent, within walking distance from the train station. The spa was also nice, although there were times when the pool was busy with children. All the staff we encountered were very nice and courteous. The restaurant had the most fantastic views. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits and freshly made omelettes. Christian at breakfast always so friendly and welcoming. Other staff were helpful too. We had an issue with our room and I spoke to Lena who was very helpful. They were able to offer a solution and we were please with how they dealt with the issue.

The sound proofing could be better.

The breakfast is great, and the staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were a large group of 12 people, but the staff handled everything like pros — they prepared both dinner and breakfast with delicious food, and every request was met with professionalism. The view from the room is amazing.

The drain in the sink wasn’t working properly, and the shower enclosure didn’t function well either, so the bathroom would flood a bit after each shower. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but it was fine for the others. There is no screen on the door, so when the weather was hot and we opened the window, the kids got bug bites.

Ideal location, stunningly beautiful view, great hiking opportunities, excellent service, delicious food.

The mattress ended up being too soft for me.

What an incredible stay! We were met at the train station to drive our bags up the hill. Our welcome was warm, and we were given a tour of the hotel. Our room was large with a beautiful balcony. No A/C but it was cool enough in the evening with the mountain air, we weren’t ever too warm. The pool/hot tub/sauna were a welcome respite after our days of hiking and exploring. Everyone was so nice! Definitely get the half-board option. The meals were divine and it was so nice to not have to worry about where we’d go for dinner each night. Every night was a new menu and the food was fantastic. We would 100% stay here again!

Nothing negative.

The breakfast was great - eggs made to order and all of the standard options (full english, bread, pastries, muesli, fresh fruit and yogurt, smoked salmon and trout, etc.) The muesli was rich, and the bread was fresh and delicious, with cappuccino served directly to the table. The views of the mountains from the room and the restaurant are breathtaking. It's slightly uphill from the rest of Wengen, so it's a special ambience. The staff was A+. I had a very unique situation with my luggage transfer, and the staff spent almost an hour with me late at night making calls to hotels and SBB, and everything worked out perfectly thanks to them!

Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

Only one regret: this was our 4th stay in Wengen ..... and we were first time guests at this hotel.

I could say that this hotel is possibly the best I have stayed in . The Director of the property Mr Stefan and his team are simply the best hosts . The view from the property is breathtaking and incase you choose the room facing the mountains you are in for a real treat ! It seemed like we are in paradise . What made our stay even more special was the care and attention given by Mr Stefan and his team . We stayed in the junior suite which was very well appointed . The bathrooms were refurbished and modern . The swimming pool is heated with a jacuzzi by its side . Perfect for any family or couple to get in and relax and enjoy the breath taking view from the pool area as well . The hotel also has a well appointed children’s play room . The breakfast was typical English breakfast with a wide choice of breads eggs fruits cheese meats cereals and teas . But what really adds to the breakfast is the ambience . The breakfast area again overlooks the small town and snow clad mountains . The bar is cosy and their charming bar man Louis will pamper you with his classic cocktails . Coming to the menu for lunch and dinner , they have a very different menu but we were speechless after having their lentil burger and beet root burger . These are the best and healthiest burgers we have had . Being from india and my wife being vegetarian we were amazed how we could get such burgers in a small town like Wengen ! Everything about this property is perfect and with the personalised attention of Mr Stefan who took great care in ensuring we were comfortable was the icing on the cake . He would be there every day in the morning at the breakfast table interacting with the guests and ensuring everything is taken care and all day right at the front desk welcoming guests with his warmth and beautiful smile . I have stayed at the Taj Hyatts Hiltons Ritz but never have I come across a director so involved and interactive the all his guest ! Thank you somuch Beausite Park Team !

The rooms were very nice and clean. Very classy hotel. Wonderful staff and facilities. It had a fitness room with elliptical, treadmill, weights and cycling equipment. The pool was indoors and was very large. The breakfast and dinner are amazing and lots of vegan selections as well. Excellent service during breakfast and dinner. We will be back here for sure. Highly recommend for a family with kids as well.

The pool closes at 8pm daily so we never got a chance to go swimming.

First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Second, the creativity and variety of the restaurant menu are worth mentioning. Chef Jan mingled and engaged with clients throughout the meals, bringing a real personal and genuine touch to our stay.

This is a tough question to answer

What an amazing experience! The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, they communicated with us so that a shuttle was waiting to pick us up from the station when we arrived. And then there was the view from the room… words cannot describe it. Heavenly. I would love to come back here. It was quite expensive in our standards, but definitely worth every penny.

I can’t think of anything I’d change. One of the nicest hotels I’ve even been to.
