Beautiful view from our balcony of the lake, mountains and the village. There is a nice walking trail right along the lake for exploring from the hotel. The room was cozy and the bathroom shower adequate. The terrace restaurant had excellent fresh caught Perch! Absolutely delicious. We drove the Lauterbrunnen Valley from here and hiked and explored the Valley. Seen 6 major waterfalls,plus Trummelbach Falls. Then took the gondola up to Murren for lunch at Hotel Edelweiss for the most incrediable views and cheese fondue.

The view of the room was amazing, we had the lake view and it was amazing. The location of the hotel is good, it is close to the bus top and form there you can go to Spiez and Interlaken. However, the bus doesn't pass in a good frequency. The hotel is good, the breakfast is very Swiss, but with everything fresh.

Since I was travelling with my family, there was a confusion with the room reservation and I had to get another single room for myself, it was okay, but maybe it should have been solved differently.

The room was good size and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view from our room was to the mountain peak. Very nice.

When I got to the hotel, the host/receptionist noted that our key was already checked out and he couldn't find the key to our room. He was not sure if someone else had already checked in to our room. A few minutes later, he did confirm that no one was in our room, but not sure why the key was checked out. He created a new key for us. Problem solved. The room has Air Conditioning, but we could not control the temperature. It was running by itself, probably controlled from the hotel somewhere.

Nice hotel with great views. The lady who checked us in was great, told us everything we needed to know, and made check-in easy. The pool was nice and a decent size. I didn't use the sauna so I can't comment on that. There was parking right outside the front or to the side of the hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean.

The waitress we had on the evening seemed to be in a mood or maybe that is just the way she is. The food we ordered looked nice but we didn't get the chance to taste it as the burgers were not cooked at all. To be fair they did offer to remake us burgers but I said no and took the refund option.

The view from the room was simply amazing, couple that with the jacuzzi that slides outside on the terrace where you can enjoy the view and you are onto a winner! The bed itself was really large, perhaps the largest bed I've slept in, so me and my friend could comfortably sleep without getting in each others way. Parking is free and separated via a barrier, so only guests of the hotel can use it. They also have a separate parking spot for electric cars/plug in hybrids.

I love the scenery as the hotel is by the lake. Very calming and relaxing. The staff were very warm and the cleanliness is good. Our room is spacious we sleep well. There is a pool and you can walk by the lake after dinner. The breakfast is okay. The location is just a few mins walk from the bus 60 going to Spiez train station.

There is a phone in the room but wasnt working. There is a fridge but it is located outside the room (sharing). Small and not clean, but it serves its purpose (to keep your drinks and food cold).

A quiet, beautiful place with mountain and lake views. Balconies are suitable for having a pleasant time.

There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee or tea. They direct them to the restaurant to purchase them. Once you buy these, you need to buy coffee cups again. This situation is meaningless. Fortunately, the restaurant staff are very polite and helpful.

Such a fabulous place, way better than the main interlaken. Views from hotel is unbelievable, parking is available, beautiful park on few minutes walk. Lots of options to eat from the town on 5 minutes drive

Corridor is not up to the standard. I have to wait at reception every time as they were busy on phone or talking to each other.

Location is great - just at the bank of the picturesque lake. Convenient parking across the street. Nice fish restaurant about 20m on the left, don't miss it.
