I loved the historic look and feel to the hotel and it's presented very well. Located in a good central location for visiting restaurants and various museums as well as the centre. Security at the hotel was good and the staff were friendly, I'm not sure how well they speak English though. Highly recommended be sure to choose this hotel!!!!!!!!

It's hard to complain about this hotel being such a bargain that it is, the only thing I could make a comment about is maybe be a little more creative with the breakfast but it gets you started for the day.......

Great location and really nice staff. Breakfast was included and was very nice. We liked our rooms on the ground floor because there was not an elevator. Great hot water showers and lots of space in the rooms, particularly the one with a loft. Plenty of warm blankets and comforter.

Just a bit inconvenient placement of plugs and no night stand by the small bed.

Great location, you can walk to the main square, the markets, or the river. It is a bit noisy as it is on 2 main roads. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

In order to have a quiet room, we were placed beside the reception area, which was very quiet, however there were no windows. It was a dark room and the beds were very hard!

We stayed one week here and the breakfast was always delicious and each day was different.

The hotel has a cozy feeling, specially the breakfast area. The hotel has a great location, you can walk to major tourist attractions. The hotel has an old fashion vibe that makes it very unique and lovely. The breakfast is good.

Perfect hotel to go when visiting Cuenca. The location is perfect, near the most important places in the city. Staff is helpful and charismatic. I loved this place

Really nothing to complain about but if I had to say something the breakfast could be a little better. But the breakfast was fine.
