Great self contained room. Only a 10 min walk to the theatre I was working at. It was very quiet, much appreciated.

On arrival I had issues getting into the car park. I rang both contact numbers. Messaged them on booking.com and sent an email to their email. No one got back to help me. I was late for work. It wasn’t explained that the car park lock was a padlock code and not a key pad. It was a stress that needn’t have been. The room just needed a rug. I couldn’t get the heater to work.

Clear instructions for check in. Really well equipped, very clean and suited our needs for our stay perfectly. Had a problem with the shower and they came and fitted a new one straight away. Really good communication, secure parking, felt very safe. Good wifi too.

The room got very hot in the hot weather. Fan was provided however. Area isn’t great but convenient access into Stoke and the parking and apartment felt secure so fine overall.

Great and fast communication with the team, big clean room, complimentary water, lovely towels, the comfiest matress I ever slept in and was allowed for a bit later check out. Also it's like 500 m from the city centre and the check in is hassle free. There was salt and kettle available in the room as part of little kitchen which was great. You also have a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a standing fan as part of the room :)

There was a broken bedside lamp but I changed it for the other one so all good. Due to a curtain holder, it wasn't possible to open window to the max. Also the kitchen and microwave didn't smell great upon arrival but that got better with time. I didn't use the main kitchen, only visited once and unfortunately that wasn't clean and in a good state at all, shame the tenants do not leave it in order. Also one has to prepare that there might be bit of noise from the corridor at times but still much less than when staying in a hotel room. For UK this is still amazing standard of accommodation for the money paid.

Space was great and easy to find. Communication was brilliant. The space of the apartment was great too, it was certainly ideal for us as we had to get ready for a wedding and the sapce was perfect for that. Very good accommodation.

The shower hose and head needs replacing as it was a little temperamental, and the toilet seat top kept falling down when you sat on it, but other than that, the say was very pleasant

Good communication from the owners thecroom was very clean and had everything I needed, it's so nice having a fridge and toaster as I stay away alot and get fed up of hotel breakfast the secure parking was also good although a little tight if 3 cars were there

The carpark access was a little faffy and quite tight if 3 cars were there

The location of the property was excellent for a quick walk into the town!

The heat in the room was far too hot and uncomfortable! There was a fan in the room however it didn’t help with the circulation of the air and temperature! Sweating through the day and night very uncomfortable waking up needing a very cool shower!

We stayed in this apartment overnight before our trip to alton towers and it was so lovely and clean. It was summer so was very hot and they kindly left the window open, had already provided a fan and had water bottles. I’m not sure if this is something always offered but for such a hot day/night it was a great touch!! The apartment is near the city centre if you want to go shopping/to a restaurant and has a local pub nearby if you fancy a drink. Look forward to returning again in the future!

The Room was nice, didn't meet any staff on the day but good communication from the owner throughout. Room was clean and had a lot of good things that made the stay enjoyable

Issue with the shower, kept leaking during the night. I found in the morning it was an issue with the way it had been put back, so no biggie but should have picked up on. Beyond that, lovely place

The apartment was big and clean. It had a microwave and fridge and a kettle. There was also some pans to use in the communal kitchen. Self checkin was easy.

The communal kitchen was very dirty. There is limited parking options - it would be useful to provide a parking permit so you can park in front of property.

The place is so quiet and neat really close to the city centre with easy access to apartment with CCTV protection around and inside the building ✅✅.. Thanks for hosting Trafalgar house I will come again for sure .

I wish the price was a little bit lower for people who want to stay longer .
