hotel was clean, good location, safe beds comfortable, room layout spacious nice city view, very nice staff...would stay again parking kitty-corner for $38 a night was not too bad compared to hotel rates

The bar staff were quick, friendly and professional, but my only caution is to not order the margaritas (or possibly any "specialty cocktail") haha! You'll forfeit $16 for a margarita worse than any dive bar or house party...we just laughed about it because the bar looked fairly classy.

The location was great. Coffee in the room just okay. We had a corner window room and it was beautiful. The view at night and watching the energy outside in the big city is electric. Great value too.

Confusion on morning breakfast. I was not told there was a charge for it. I felt horrible when someone stopped me as I was walking out that I had to pay for it. Great buffet. Everything you needed for a good healthy or hearty breakfast. I just felt bad.

Beautiful hotel spacious rooms-front desk te were amazing! The hotel restaurant had a really good upscale breakfast buffet that even included macarons!

Parking at the garage was $50 per day for valet and $38 per day self park. The gym is okay-it’s a bit small and both Peloton bikes weren’t working properly. Also, the restaurant closed early. Also, there wasn’t a lot to do in the area Mall of America is about a 20 minute drive.

Location was optimal. Close to all the shops, restaurants and stadiums. Rooms are nicely laid out and modern. Breakfast was good also. Loved everything about the hotel.

Shower water pressure is very poor and kept leaking outside the glass so not really relaxing overall. The NYE could have been better organised better. the staff at the bar made it a point to NOT work and serve and the attitude was bad. Lift was not accessible and waiting long queues. Like the hotel but avoid being there during festivities.

The staff was so helpful, especially Kolby. He gave us travel tips and routes to check out. When our stay was unexpectedly shortened he help ease the burden. Great staffing team. Awesome workout center

Daily parking prices; in general.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The soaps, shampoo and body wash were great! They provided a hair dryer and makeup mirror. The in room coffee was decent and you can brew 2 cups at a time. They thought of everything. Nice view as well.

No microwave. Could use nightlight in the bathroom so you can see in the middle of the night.

Rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. Very friendly and attentive staff. Bed was comfortable, black out curtains were nice.

There was a stain on our comforter but they quickly accommodated our request for a new one. The shower leaked so we had a pool of water that flowed out onto the bathroom floor.

The front desk and cleaning staff were so friendly and great. Our reservation was messed up bc of flight delays and with no hesitation they updated us and actually upgraded our room. Then the lady cleaning the rooms was always so friendly and asked if we needed anything anytime we saw her in the halls.

Nothing everything was good.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (including a mini fridge). Staff was helpful and gave us as much water as needed, providing extra bottles whenever we requested the room to be cleaned.

Everything about the hotel is good, but it’s not in the most exciting part of Minneapolis. Probably great for business, and it does connect to the skyway, but you’ll have to walk a bit to get to a more lively part of the city.

Really nice hotel within short walking distance of the Target Center. There was a parking garage less than a block away. Staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Room was gorgeous, LARGE, very clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could ask for!
