Everything was great from the clean and comfortable room and the amazing and helpful staff! The rooms were very clean, the bed very clean and comfortable, we loved that we were able to make dinner in the little kitchen and the sweet women running the counter that night was so helpful and provided us with some dishes and cookware. We would absolutely stay here again, especially for the great value!

The only disappointment was that we were not able to go swimming.

The rooms were roomy and the beds were very comfy. I thought the queen room I got had pull out bed but it didn't, the front office lady got us a roll out bed which was great.

The bathroom was small but it was ok.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was located close to a variety of stores and restaurants. Baybrook mall was less than 10 minutes away.

I didn't like there were no bathmats in the tub. The tub was slippery and could cause a very serious injury if a person was to fall. I would recommend adding bathmats.

Loved how the room felt like a piece of home. The bed was very comfortable as was the lazyboy chair. The shelves and hangers were also a nice touch in the bathroom area.

I wish there had been juice available with the grab and go breakfast.

Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Wifi didn't have a good signal strength.

I had a feeling of being secure, and the staff was extremely friendly. I love to talk with people from all walks of life, and each staff member engaged in conversation with me, when the time was appropriate.

Everything was actually better than I expected.
