Since 2022 I have been traveling several times a year to Naples/Ercolano for work and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Super clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. Lucia welcomed us very warmly and even gave us excellent tips on restaurants near the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. I just wanted to point out that if your goal is to explore Naples the hotel is a bit far away (20 minutes by train from Garibaldi station) but it is worth it because, in my experience, it is impossible to find accommodation of this quality and price in the center of Naples.

The pictures are real, that is how the rooms look like. Hotel is brand new, we were probably the first visitors who stayed in our apartment. Really nice. The view is either to Vesuvius or to the sea. Location in Ercolano is very good - if you have a car, it is about 20 minutes to Pompei, Vesuvius and old town Naples. And 10 minutes walk to Herculaneum. You can drive to Amalfi coast (about 45 km) or take an organized trip to Positano or to Capri by boat. The shuttle will pick you up in the hotel. All trips are organized by the host, Lucia, who was really kind and friendly. She grew up in Germany and speaks German, Italian and English fluently. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain

Everything. This place is amazing. It’s honestly the nicest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. It’s spotlessly clean, superbly decorated, the linen/bedding/pillows were so lush & comfy. So much attention to detail in the whole apartment. I didn’t want to leave. And Lucia, the manager deserves a special mention. From the moment you make the booking you are put in contact with Lucia. Possibly the most attentive hostess you could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble. Every question or request was me with immediate response. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. We’ll done everyone on the Vesuvius team.

Nothing. It was perfection

Fantastic newly finished and well appointed property with an amazing host. The communication with Lucia, the host/manager, was very efficient and pleasant. She responded quickly any time I asked her something. The room was spacious and well designed (kudus to the interior designers who displayed elegant and minimalist Italian taste, simple and beautiful finishes). I was a little disappointed with the view from my ground level unit, but as soon as I told Lucia she kindly offered to upgrade me the next night (as nothing was available on day one) to a higher floor with sea view at no extra charge. The location may not be the best, but it was ideal for me as I wanted to be in the middle between Napoli and Pompeii/Sorrento so I can easily visit them all in a few days. Breakfast is not offered, but there were coffee/tea amenities and a generous amount of biscuits and snacks to get you going. Overall, it was great value for money and felt safe and clean throughout.

Excellent location for visiting the Herculaneum (a 5 minute walk) and a train ride away from Naples. A warm welcome from Lucia. We were allowed an early check-in and parked our car safely on site. Our room was beautifully furnished. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Assorted croissants and cakes suppied for breakfast. The property is well maintained and there is a garden area to the rear. We would definitely stay there again.

We recently spent three nights at this charming hotel, set in a beautifully renovated old villa with stunning views. One side of the property overlooks the sea, while the other offers a breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius—truly a unique and memorable setting. The room was a delight, combining modern comfort with tasteful decor. It was spotless, with every detail carefully considered. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, equipped with a high-quality mattress and pillows that made for restful nights. A special mention to Lucia, who was incredibly polite and went out of her way to assist us with everything we needed. Her attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, this hotel provided a lovely experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Fabulous property, I stayed in largest room. 1 double bedroom plus double sofa bed in lounge, mattress and pillows both very good comfort, and quality .spotless clean, with maid service.Decor is very modern and stylish, down to small detail.Good well lit secure gated entry including parking entered with door card. Lucia the hostess was a great asset, and looked after us well, giving help, tips and advise. It’s around 20 mins walk from Ercolano Scavi station on main rd,quieter part. If on foot with large case take taxi. We found good quality food, would recommend Viva Lo Re across rd 261 Resina ,also Bistrot Italian,Corsica italia 15. 80056 excellent food mains about 20euro in both places. If visiting Sorrento Foreigners Club ,terrazzo felled sirene for good and food best view of whole bay Locals very friendly and helpful Couldn’t fault a single thing would 100% recommend.

The staff were brilliant. Lucia and Miriam (forgive me if I'm wrong with names). The staff helped with everything and anything from directions to restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. Great shower room. The space, decor and cleanliness 10 out of 10. Complimentary coffee, water and nibbles. If you sleep lightly, ask for a room at the back. Easy to take train and metro into the city. 10 min walk to Herculaneum. Safe car parking on site.

Staying only one night as it was fully booked.

This is a great location with clean, large and nicely decorated rooms. The facility has a private parking which is something great to have in the area. We also have enjoyed the excellent support and advice of Mrs. Lucia who helped us to maximize our time and transform our trip in one of the best we ever had. I highly recommend it!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. My husband liked having a coffee machine in the room to make coffee in the morning. Was close enough to walk to the Herculaneum Roman town ruins that were also buried by the Mount Vesuvius eruption of 79 AD.

The traffic in Ercolano and Pompeii was very busy and we found that stressful to drive in but that was not the hotels fault we would consider taking the train from Rome next time.
