Location is perfect. The night staff who received us thouroughly presented to us the property and our room. Room was small but spacious enough for three people. Breakfast is ok but needs variety for people staying for two nights (same choices for two consecutive breakfasts).

The bathroom is a bit small. We were 3 people but there were only 2 towels provided in the room. We did not bother to ask as we two of us brought our own. The femme de menage is the same who takes care of breakfast. Replenishment of the items are sometimes forgotten and had to ring the bell.

A very old, quirky hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Beaune near lots of restaurants. Comfortable bed, crisp clean white sheets and everything you could need in the room. A charming 3*, interesting breakfast room and fairly priced. We forgot our wash bag and the hotel contacted us to let us know (we hadn't realised!) and offered to send it by post or keep it until we return. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

We stayed an extra night in the end! Staff are very helpful accommodating us. Park for free at Madeleine and short walk to hotel. Bar is quiet but very nice wines. Simple breakfast but lots of cafes around. The rooms are spacious and quiet for an old building. Nice courtyard to sit too

I can't think of anything. There are 2 hotels joined together which could be quite confusing but we didn't explore enough.

Being an old building if having a room on lover levels you can heart the people above moving around especially if there are squeaky floors.

the location is excellent! every hot spots are very near. the reception was super nice and kind & attentive . always smiling and every steff was very kind and especially the manager (sorry we didn't ask your name) was super professional. we had lovely holiday! we appreciate your kind welcome and help! we will come back again. the hotel is also lovely. quiet. convenient. beautiful. strongly recomand you.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Mediocre buffet of croissants and boring cold cuts -- not local charcuterie. Hard boiled eggs. No scrambled, fried eggs or omelets. But the STAFF were EXCELLENT !!

Clean, comfortable, charming and quiet. Good location, short walk to restaurants. Able to park outside for free until 9am which was a bonus. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast, served in an atmospheric location.

Nothing. Although there wasn't a lift. Not a problem for us, however as we were on the first floor.

Breakfast was good. Great location! Comfortable beds! It was handy having two bathrooms when there were three of us!

No shower curtain or glass. It’s hard to shower holding the shower head!

Friendly staff. Got us extra pillows when requested. Nice breakfast. Super clean and good toiletries. Great set up for families with a separate room with bunk beds and a ensuite for kids. Fantastic location.

Whilst the building has charm from the outside, the rooms felt a little plain.

There was no shower door in the room that we had, so the bathroom floor would get wet. However, there was a bathroom heater that would dry the towels.
