There is nothing reallllly wrong with this hotel, but its also not stunning or fantastic in any way, which we kind of expected for the price. Overall we had a good stay, but it all felt massively overpriced. All the staff was definitely very nice and helpful.

Hot tub didn't work for half of our stay. No reimbursement for this, even though the two bedroom apartment without the hot tub is a fair bit cheaper. Bad smell on the first floor, especially the inner bedroom. Dinner buffet got old after the 3rd evening. It seemed like they concentrated more on delivering a massive number of desserts. There's a massive number of apartments / villas available in the Mogan - Tauro - Puerto Rico area, so you are paying A LOT extra to stay in an apartment in a hotel.

Didn’t like the 45 steps to our suite which was never mentioned on website. Felt they were quite dangerous and should have been warned about them.

We loved the massive Balcony and the view was just wonderful. We loved using the hotel facilities especially the pool and the Spa which was so wonderful I did the four hour circuit on Two different days. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned every day ,which was something we have not experienced before when staying in an apartment,The ladies were so lovely who came in and did a wonderful job.

The whole experience was wonderful apart from one thing that caused a lot of confusion. We booked Cordial Mogan Solaz the Apartment block we stayed in is called Ocean Suites it was exactly the same apartment as the photos on booking.com just another name on the outside of the building which found it very hard to find a little sign or been told this when booking would solve this problem. Also we locked ourselves out so make sure you have key in your pocket when in the balcony.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Extremely welcoming. The facilities were beautiful. The provision was really good, and the location was great.

The self-serve hot buffet food presentation/access would have been improved if it was located altogether so that your initial item(s) didn't go cold whilst waiting in a second queue.

Amazing apartment, everything you could ever want, loved it

Nothing about the apartment but the food in the hotel wasn’t great, we booked half board but changed to breakfast only as the buffet dinners didn’t suit any of us. The quality of the food on offer was very poor

We loved the hotel,although we were in an adjacent apartment block, which was very modern, comfortable and secure with fantastic outside space and a great view. The hotel is very well located, very attractive, impeccably maintained and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. It is a relaxed environment and the gardens are spectacular. Take the horticulture tour if you stay, as you’ll find out about the stunning plants and trees. The breakfast, which was part of our deal, was plentiful with lots of choice. There were a lot of people staying over Christmas but the catering staff kept everything well stocked. There are two pools - one really for families and children and one a more relaxed, quiet pool.

If you give the address of the apartment to the taxi, you end up unable to access it unless you go on a long walk to the hotel reception. Best to go to the hotel as your destination first. The hotel needs a sign on the apartment block door making clear how to gain access. We were helped by a very nice Swedish woman but after a long, tiring day, clear instructions would have helped.

Great location, very comfortable, large patio, air conditioned, spacious bedrooms, powerful showers, really well equipped kitchen, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Property was new and all facilities were as described. Breakfast was good and dinner varied. Cleaning in apartment was particularly good and all staff there were very friendly.

Dining room was a bit hectic at times and getting service such pot of coffee or table reset did take some time on occasions.

Large balcony and great location with excellent appliances. Facilities of the resort were excellent. The breakfast which was included was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
