The room was spotless, and the two double beds were surprisingly spacious—perfect for our family. One comfortably fit our two kids, while the other was just right for the two of us. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since we had an early flight and had to leave before it was served.

I was disappointed that the shuttle service isn’t available 24/7. I wasn’t aware of this limitation when I made the reservation—perhaps I might have missed it on the booking page. Since many flights start departing around 7 AM, it would be really helpful if the shuttle ran from at least 4:30 AM.

It's a nice place to stay especially if you're by the airport and needing to get there. The room is big, the bed is big, it's clean and the bathroom was nice. There's a fridge in the room, and the Staff were also friendly and helpful.

It's in a funny location - a bit far away from Dulles (especially if you have to Uber to get there) and the shuttles only run once every hour rather than every half-hour, so that's something personally I'd change. The other thing I'd maybe improve is the size of the TV and the channel offerings on it as well - I'm not sure if it's some form of cable/live TV or a digital setup, but maybe just move to full digital and let people watch what they want on Netflix/Roku etc? Food options are a little bit of a walk - there's a petrol station nearby, but even that's a slight walk and it depends on how quick you walk. For some people, I imagine that will be too far though it's probably about 5 minutes of walking?

Room space, cleanliness, breakfast, and location.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my experience, particularly in relation to staff training and the refund process. My original booking was for three nights; however, due to a change in plans, I had to leave a day earlier. On Sunday, the 30th evening, I informed the front desk, and the staff member I spoke with was very professional and confirmed that I was eligible for a refund. However, when I followed up on Monday, the 31st March with a different staff member at the reception, I was met with an unprofessional and rude response. This inconsistency in service and handling of hotel procedures is concerning. I believe proper training and communication among staff members would greatly improve guest experience and avoid such discrepancies.

Great clean comfortable beds, effective AC, an able selection of shower gels etc. close to many restaurants, bars etc, Aldi store 10 minutes walk. free shuttle pick up and drop-off at Dulled Airport. overall well done to all team members from room service staff, receptionist and the cleaners who are constantly mopping floors, collecting dirty linen etc...you are the ones who make this chain of hotels so successful.

the breakfast selection was below what we expected with the use of non recyclable plastic plares and cutlery, accept my apologies if the plastic can be recycled. ., good waffle makers, unfortunately if you arrive about 9am, all the good pastries have gone.

It was close to the airport, restaurants and national gym that I go to. The internet worked very well with no interruptions so I was able to work without issues.

The stand-in shower had some mold around the tiles and the toilet had flushing issues. Also, during my stay, 2 days in, bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there were no extra paper in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The gentleman I think pretended to be looking for toilet paper and noted he could not find any and the housekeeping closet was locked and he did not have a key. There was no manager on-duty to call either. He never followed up on how I got toilet paper even when I told him to make sure to deliver toilet paper to my room. Thank God they have a public bathroom where they did have extra toilet paper which I took to use for the remainder of my stay.

On the mornings that I ate breakfast, I found it OK. The sausage could’ve been cooked a little bit better but overall it wasn’t bad. What I loved was the coffee and being able to have it 24/7. My wife was a big coffee drinker. The kitchen area overall was very clean.

One evening, my wife asked for coffee and was told by the reception desk. The coffee was only served during breakfast. I informed the manager the next day. The manager ensured me that coffee was available 24/7 and address the issue

Clean, comfortable and convenient for overnight flights. Beds are very comfy and it provides a nice place to rest between flights. Breakfast is ok, and the shuttle driver was really nice

Beware it's not possible to book the shuttle if you can't call the reception desk (ie if you have an international number) - I had to take an Uber when I arrived because I couldn't get hold of the front desk.

We stopped for one night and the room was clean and very comfortable. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee-making facilities in the room. Plenty of free parking.

Breakfast was a busy area and finished at 9.30 am. The food was basic and ok for an overnight stay. The coffee and tea was good. There was cereal, bananas, waffles, bagels, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and some turkey burger. Plastic and paper waste is something I don't understand in the US. Meals and drinks are served on disposable plates with cheap plastic cutlery.

The property is well maintained and beautiful. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub and our room was very clean and comfortable beds.

I did not appreciate and I must say this is a first where I see a sign that says you can not take your food to your room for safety and health reason. What safety and health reasons are they referring to, especially since there is a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave in every room. This knocked them down a star.
