I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel, despite its low rating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the plumbing worked properly. The light from the street did not penetrate into the room. No noise was heard. The wi-fi worked perfectly. The hotel has a good location. About 15 minutes walk to the train station and the same to the Carolus Thermen. There is a public transport stop near the hotel. Shopping centers and cafes are 3-5 minutes away on foot. I did not see any declared personalities near the hotel. Everything was fine.

The pillows are too small

It is a nice hotel at a very good location in Aachen. It is the typical Ibis style, basic rooms with bathroom and shower, but the bed was comfortable. The personnel were friendly, they served good breakfast. It was easy to check in and check out.

I stayed during 8 days, and over these days my room was not cleaned. Only the towel was exchanged and someone picked up the trash. It was obvious that the floors should have been cleaned. However, one gets general impression that the hotel is clean.

Lovely staff. Kind and helpful. The room was small but had everything that we needed and it was very clean. Breakfast selection was good. There was a little of everything that we would usually have for breakfast. Hotel is very close to the city.

I Can't complain. Would have liked a kettle in the room but I got a selection of tea in the dining area.

Excellent value for money, a budget hotel that is comfortable and clean, perfect for a single traveller. Greeted by friendly staff on arrival and whilst the room was basic, it was very clean, bed comfort and fresh towels each day. Location is 15 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Cathedral.

No complaints, it’s a budget hotel at budget prices. If you want luxury and a romantic stay then look elsewhere.

It was clean and cheap. We checked in after 7, the desk was staffed and they were helpful. It was as we expected, a clean no frills hotel. We had gone for the spa and the Christmas market and the location was good for both.

The beds did squeak a bit but nothing was heard from other rooms so no problems.

The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is very close to the center of Aachen which is very nice if you want to do the touristy stuff.

The only con were the pillows, they were quite small without a lot of body. The room also was a bit hot and opening the window didn't do a lot.

Always my go-to option for a short solo stay in the city. Centrally located, walking distance from Aachen Bushof. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Some other guests were really rude and loud. No fault of the hotel or the staff.

Easy access late at night (you need to check in for real the day after). Very close to the city Good bathroom and toilet. Bed is ok as well. Nothing bad to say about the room and booking

The cleaning lady tried to enter the room both days around 10.30 even though I had put the sign on the door not to be disturbed… annoying..

The price for this property was very low for the nice and clean room i got. Very great price/value ratio. THe neighborhood was also well connected being directly next to the bushof. Aachen is also smaller, so that most interesting places could be reached on foot.

The check-in and check out has a break time between 11 am and 5 pm, that sometimes was a bit inconvenient. However there was little need to talk to the staff in general. The room was a bit small, but enough for my needs.

This hotel is very standard as every Ibis Budget. So, it is good to know what to expect. The hotel is very close to a very big bus stop.

It is not exactly in the city center and the only way to reach there is walking for more than 1km. Not that bad.
