The location was fantastic, the old town is full of restaurants, bars and culture. The team we able to accommodate my group of 13 on one level which was very handy. They are very responsive and helpful with messages

The only negative would be the lack of en-suite in the bedroom of 6 however this was directly opposite about room and for our use only. We were also aware of this prior to the stay

Ideal location in the old town, tucked away on a quiet side street yet perfectly central to all the main tourist attractions. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, especially given the limited staff availability during the Christmas season, which we truly appreciated. The room was immaculate, featuring a well-maintained bathroom and a convenient kitchen area.

Room is a bit cramp for 3 but it’s all right.

Location is excellent! Great value for money! Even though it was next to Kilinski monument, it was not loud at night at all. The host was available and messaged us whenever needed.

The internet connection was not stable. We didn't get the apartment we booked, even though we liked the one we got, but I still think that is strange. Also, if I booked an apartment in a hostel, I would expect it to be in a hostel, so it did not feel comfortable when we realized it is a different location than the hostel itself and we won't see any staff. It was still a great apartment but I do feel it something people should know in advance, there is a reason somebody books a room in a hostel. However, still a great apartment, great value for money and I would definitely come back, these are just some details I feel people should know about.

Location pleasant, apartment a good size, bedding, towels, iron, hair dryer included. Walking distance to city centre.

Check in instructions could have been slightly better. The location of the apartment was on another street, not near the hostel. Not a major problem but just be aware if you head to the hostel address before check in time with you bags. Also the instructions on how to enter the 4 digit code on the key pad wasn’t clear enough. 3 of us read the instructions and tried. Had to phone up and was told that you have to enter the apartment number first which the instructions do not say. Other than that all good though! Would definitely return, thanks.

This is, obviously, the best option in terms of value-quality-location PoV. Also room (we stayed in D8) and facilities are super clean. Our room was equipped by the fridge and microwave. You will have separated WC and shower cab per block. Being located in the Warsaw’s downtown, this hotel is, for sure, the best option to stay and enjoy Warsaw

There is nothing to complain about for this price.

The room was big enough and comfortable. The location is amazing, it cannot be more downtown.

The top floor is at all not safe for kids. They can fall from every side and even out of the window. At night they put the city reflectors on and they come directly to the room, so it's hard to sleep with so much light.

The location couldn't have been better. In the middle of the Old Town, between two squares. By walking, you could get everywhere. The beds were comfortable and wonderfully large pillows. The shower was functional and even warm water was enough. Own kitchen and spacious refrigerator a plus. Messages were well answered

The staff we never met. But the cleaners who had to be asked for help did not speak English. Communication were difficult. The worst thing was the door to the room! The lock didn't work, and we had to change the key twice, still there were problems. Some of the beds creaked badly. The toilet seat wasn't stable.

Perfect location, right in the center of the old town. Great to have access to a washing machine. Simple but comfortable room, perfect for a family of 5. Bathroom was shared with another room but we didnt have to wait and everything was clean.

It wasn't clear from the website that we would also have access to a shared kitchen - a great plus, but we didn't take advantage of it because we didn't know in advance that it was there.

Everything was good and was like we expected. It was clean, nice and comfortable for our short trip. It was really good experience to be right in the middle of the old town. We arrived a bit earlier because of our flight but we could leave our baggage and come back later wehen our room was ready. It was an authentic small apartment we really liked it. We didn't use the kitchen as much but we think it was well-equipped.

Amazing for group stay. Loved the styling of the apartment, looked better in real life than in photos.

Didn’t like the one shower that was open to the hallway. Couldn’t manage to switch on TV. Also would be amazing that hotel could offer mini shower gels and shampoos for every person in bathrooms. There was 1 bottle of something which looked like hand soap.
