Didn’t do breakfast location. Like the idea I was able to get roll in shower, laundry facilities where on first floor and handicapped access parking right out the door

That you had to asked for a extra pod of coffee cause we’re there for 3 mornings and it was kinda like the lady with clean ing cart didn’t want to give it to us maybe wasn’t her area to clean and that you charged $3.00 for a bottle of water talk about a price increase was are you making 200% profit! But other than that the stay was ok!

Proximity to restaurants and casino

The fact that our room was on floor 5 and floor 6 was closed for renovations which wasn’t disclosed during booking and bright and early the construction workers were at it sounding like they were coming through our ceiling so sleeping in was not an option a lower floor would have been an better option for this visit

Within walking distance of the Casino- they also have a free shuttle that takes you there. Front desk staff was very friendly and shuttle driver was great- he made our New Years Eve night a blast. Comfortable beds and good sized rooms.

The room wasn’t ready until about 6:00pm so we were just kind of stranded until we could get in. It was New Years Eve so I know they were busy, but it just seemed a little nuts to wait 2 hours for it to be cleaned.

What breakfast?

No TV channel info or local community info. Room was not ready at 4pm. Was supposed to call me when room was ready but that did not happen.

Easy to locate. Lots of close attractions with shuttle service. Bar stayed open later just for my group. You couldn't ask for a better and friendlier staff. They went above and beyond. All very nice and HAPPY.

Room phone was not working. Coffee maker...I wanted just hot water and ran some water through with no coffee filter but what actually came out was not drinkable. So, room coffee pots need flushed at least once a month. If I had a coffee pod in there, I would have never seen the gunk that came out and it would have went right into my coffee and I would have drank that yuck.

Convenient, clean, modern, had amenities and adequate self parking.

The entrance was confusing. Getting to elevators was not on ground level. Finding valet to unload and reload car from specific entrance was not easy. Bed could have been firmer. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom causing total fog up of mirror. I wished for a makeup mirror with adequate lighting. The toilet was very low to ground which is difficult for me , a senior.

Super close to the casino. Had a shuttle to the casino. Had a bar/restaurant. Very clean!

The checkin girl wasnt very good and was actually not helpful in checking into our room that was booked for weeks.

Although breakfast is optional, I highly recommend paying the extra couple of bucks to have it included (and remind the receptionist to give you the vouchers when you arrive). Our last-minute booking still came to less than comparable hotels in the area, and my whole family got an a-la-carte breakfast served on real tableware with real cloth napkins. The place is really spacious, and it has a 1970s luxury feel throughout, which almost makes you wish they will never update their decor and furniture. Unless ultramodern is a must for you, you will feel like VIPs at a price you can easily afford.

My confirmation letter from booking.com included breakfast, but somehow this wasn't communicated to the hotel. I had to show the receptionist my booking confirmation to get the breakfast vouchers. At least, they were very uncomplicated about this, once I did. For those driving their own car, it's a little difficult to find the single narrow entrance, which is right at the beginning of the property on Racetrack Rd. northbound. Chances are your navigator will make you drive past, and if you miss it, you have to circle around. Better signage would be helpful.

Room was near the stairs which was very nice since I had a dog I needed to take outside. Hotel was very quiet and relaxing.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional
