The staff truly went above and beyond to make my trip feel like a home away from home. From the moment I walked through the door, Their friendliness and helpfulness were exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that my room was always in impeccable condition, they truly went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. Speaking of the rooms, My room was spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. One particular incident stands out to me and truly highlights the exceptional service at Grand Majestic I accidentally left my phone in a cab during one of my outings. When I realized my mistake, I immediately informed the hotel staff, who sprang into action. They worked tirelessly to contact the cab company, track down the driver, and eventually retrieve my phone. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly saved the day, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. But beyond their efficiency and professionalism, what truly set the staff apart, was their warm and welcoming nature. The Manager Haytham and his team ( Rupam, Vinith& Sanjay) made me feel like more than just a guest. Their genuine care and concern for my well-being did not go unnoticed, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Staff is extraordinary; no matter what our needs, they were ready to help in very short time, with good grace and even follow-up to make sure all was good. The suite room was quite comfortable, including good beds and living space. The bathroom was bit compact, but all worked well including the large shower. Good storage space for a longer stay. We found the location excellent, close to central city including the mosque, Mubarakiya souq, and Al-Shaheed park, with easy access to other parts of town, with a large supermarket across the street. Breakfast was excellent, with many options especially for vegetarians, with eggs to order, and changed over the days we stayed.

The staff did lack useful knowledge about tourist activities such as opening hours, accessibility of parks, etc. There should be better training for that. (This could be a more general Kuwait problem as a couple at another hotel ran into similar problems and our taxi driver knew very little about tourist sites.) The noise between rooms, such as a loud conversation next door, can be a problem at times, but overall it was very quiet for sleeping.

I had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived at the hotel early in the morning. Mr. Krishan from the front office welcomed me with genuine warmth and ensured a smooth and hassle-free check-in. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail immediately made me feel at ease. Mr. Sai Kumar from the concierge also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. His proactive approach and willingness to assist with anything I needed truly stood out. The room was spotlessly clean, and the 24/7 room service was a great convenience. Overall, the hospitality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay!

The gym can be upgraded

Staff (literally everyone) were soo incredibly friendly and hospitable. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and were also courteous. The breakfast was tasty and included a variety. The hotel is a 2min walk from a mosque (no prayer space for women unfortunately) and it is also located in the city centre. Assima mall is around a 20 minute walk away and there are are lots of exchange bureaus within 5 mins walk of the hotel. Thank you also to the member of staff at reception who helped sort out a friendly driver to take me to the camel racing last minute. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The *location* of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The *breakfast* is good, with a variety of options to start the day. The only aspect that could be improved is the slightly *dated* appearance of the hotel, but overall it is still a comfortable and welcoming place. I recommend it for the *professionalism of the staff*, the *central location*, and the *satisfactory breakfast*. 🌟

Anton at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Ragu helped us figure out what we wanted to do while in Kuwait. He printed us a map of where things were in reference to the hotel which was very helpful. Breakfast was good. It was your typical breakfast you find in most hotels. It was worth adding it to the room or just booking with breakfast included.

Not too bad of a thing but the water while showering did not get really hot. It was warmish. Had to let it run a little before getting in waiting for it to warm up. Still not a deal breaker. I would definitely go back. We also didn't like the fact they didn't have a pool. We assumed because it was a hotel it had one. Still not a deal breaker. They did have a gym though.

We stayed 17 days at this hotel and it’s not the first time, there is only good things to say: the room is clean and spacious. The food was perfect . The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful with a smile . I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to Haytham, Ahmed and the all the stuff in the hotel reception, the gards that where always assinting with a smile. The ftour was very good! I loved the athan when breaking fasting in the restaurent and the preying corner situated in the lobby . The location is very good next to everything we needed. When I travel with family all details are important and counts. And this hotel think and care about their costumers. I totaly recomend and I will stay there again in future for sure.

I went to Kuwait for a business a trip, so I was not that much interested in the distance of the hotel to sights. Upon my arrival, a taxi service provided by the hotel efficiently transported me from the airport, a convenience also available for my return journey. It's important to arrange this service at least 24 hours ahead of time. Although the fare was slightly higher than that of a regular taxi (15 Dinar for a trip), the receptionist was forthright about the cost when I booked, ensuring no surprises. Spacious and clean, the rooms offered a comfortable stay. A diverse breakfast buffet was available each morning. I didn't hear any noise during the night, largely due to the extensive parking lots on my side of the building. Staff members were remarkably friendly and helpful, maintaining excellent communication both online and in person. With complimentary and stable WiFi, conducting video conferences was effortlessly possible. It is perhaps also important to mention that I stayed at this hotel in mid-February, which was a period of low occupancy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Nothing important. For visitors it is perhaps important to keep in mind that Kuwait City is not really a place to walk. Without a car it is difficult to get to many places from the hotel. It is possible to walk to the Mubarakiya Old Market from the hotel in about 10 minutes and there are also some coffees and restaurants on walking distance.
