This is my second stay at JP Palace hotel. Since we stayed here for one night but we still enjoyed our holiday trip in this hotel. The staff were good supportive and helpful.

We opted for a travel outing and JP Palace travel department arranged the cab for 4 Days which includes 1 day for mysore and 3 days for coorg. Though the cost was quite expensive we were able to get all the sites places visited and got safely back to our place. The only concern we had with the cab driver was the language problem, bit rash driving, and using mobile phones during drive in hill stations. This can be improved in future for the betterment of customer satisfaction.

The Breakfast spread was very good including both Indian and continental dishes and the restaurant was well furnished, cleanly maintained and the staff attentive and courteous. The Hotel is centrally located within 5 KM from the Mysore Railway Station and the Mysore Palace

Internet and WIFI connectivity were very poor. The Internet line was Unsecured, and our VPN blocked the line as it was unsafe to surf on an unsecured line. The signals were very weak and unreliable and connecting to the Internet each time was very frustrating.

Good staff and breakfast gym swimming pool and restrooms near then where neat and clean change your room also was good it was a very nice experience

3 things 1. Onboarding front desk, they took 2 hrs to even talk to us. 2. Hotel travel agent , very untrustworthy, expensive and not reachable. 3. Kids playing area was very pathetic condition and my kid could not play and there was another store of fish aquarium near the kids area and created lot of tension between the owner of the aquarium and the kids and I see your lot of toys broken which is dangerous I also reported to the management but there was no action for 2 days

I chose the hotel for its central location in the city, which was ideal for my purposes. The prepaid taxi connected to the hotel functioned very well. The breakfast service was entirely satisfactory.

The staff at the rooftop bar and restaurant need serious training in their jobs. They also need to improve their spoken English. In general, this hotel has lost some of its past lustre and currently deserves a 3/5 rating.

It looks very grand from the outside, and has an impressive entrance. Our room was nicely furnished and had a good view over parkland. We had half board which meant dinner from the comprehensive buffet. Breakfast was also a buffet and both were good. They sell beer and wine, plus there is a bar on the top floor. They are renovating the roof garden, which should be good when it’s finished. Staff were most helpful and added to the enjoyment of our stay. The location is ideal for the palace, zoo and railway station. Around 100Rupees will get you to any of them on a tuk tuk. Also, there is a good shopping mall a few minutes walk away - turn left as you leave the hotel. It even has a decent supermarket.

I recently stayed at the JP Fortune Palace Hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options. My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

However, my arrival coincided with the hotel being predominantly booked by college groups, which led to a noisy environment in the corridors. Despite multiple calls to the reception, it took some time for the situation to be addressed. While the hotel staff eventually managed to sort out the disturbance, guests looking for a tranquil holiday might find this aspect challenging.

Fortune Palace is a lovely hotel in a good location for the attractions in Mysore. The room, restaurant and reception area were very pleasant and the rooftop bar and restaurant were a particularly pleasant place to dine with extensive views over the city . The food and service here was very good with an international menu.

The only drawback was that there is a swimming pool but it was too cold to make good use of.

Break fast was really good and beyond our expectations. The quality of the food and the spread was also good. Location was ideal. The restaurant manager Mr Vinayak was exceptionally good and even guided us about the places that we could visit in the vicinity of Mysore. In fact we went as per his advice and it really helped.

The swimming pool timings are from 8 AM to 6 PM. It should be form 6 AM to 9 PM. we should be able to use the pool early in the morning and go for break fast which is from 7-30 AM to 10-30 AM. You cannot go to the pool at 8 AM and start worrying about the breakfast within an hour. Similarly we should be able to go to the Pool after 7 Pm as it is at around 7 PM we generally come back to the Hotel. We should be able to use the pool till 9 PM and then go for dinner which closes at 10-30 PM

Good ambience & cleanliness. Excellent breakfast menu even for strict vegetarian like me. The staff from reception to Restaurant were very helpful and friendly. For every need they will immediately come forward.

The travel desk fellow was charging exorbitantly compared to Uber & Ola taxis which were cheaper and available at less than half of the cost charged by Trvavel Desk fellow of the hotel.

Breakfast, location and Staff co-operation were good. We had a good stay that was hassle free. We preferred a non-smoking and non-alcoholic room. The stay was quiet and comfortable. We did not opt for the swimming pool access. Otherwise, it looked good and tidy

The vehicle parking was not up to the expectation. We were looking for a covered vehicle parking but I think the parking was full and they had to park the car out in the lobby. If not, the covered car parking should be available for all the guests.
