The room was clean it was a king suite specifically booked for the large in room hot tub which it had unlike other hotels other than sofa bed not actually having one like the picture, it was a simple basic large room pretty plain but everything was in good condition and the bath I really needed but my home isn't equipped with one and it's part of a recommendation from physical therapy and when an issue came up with a water leak thru the wall onto the room carpet we had to move rooms at 4 am and our clothes got wet. The only room available was almost the same except it was not equipped with the tub I had requested it was a much much smaller one, and they gave us money to use the laundry dryers on site to dry our clothes we stayed up doing so. In the morning we requested a late check out because we were still so sleepy and overslept so we got one hour more so there was no time to even try to make the small tub maybe work. Usually the story ends there when hotels mess up or something like that in My history and experience especially when u book thru a third party they blame them or the customer and sometimes message or text a apologize for the misunderstanding but NEVER offer anything real. So I was shocked the manager called me the very next morning to ask how we were and what happened and was genuine in his tone and made no excuses and offered us a comp one night stay to use whenever we'd like to give them an opportunity to improve our experience with them and he never blamed anyone or anything else he handled the call professionally and effectively and actually corrected a error or mishap with a real tangible and fair solution, thank you Abraham!

That everything happened so late and the weather was very bad and moving all our wet stuff while very tired and waiting to dry cut my time from the purpose of my visit I was really looking forward to and the grounds seem to have a lot of men all over the parking lot just standing or squatting down at the stairs or walkways they didn't bother anybody and it wasn't a one large group on a trip they were apparently long term guest that had there

The room was clean and quiet. Even the carpet felt clean. Shampoo, soap and lotion were provided. Also a bath mat to place in the tub to shower. A/C worked well. There was a ceiling fan in the room-quiet and appreciated. Breakfast offerings were adequate, adding yoghurt and bread for toast would be appreciated Plenty of cups provided but only enough coffee for one cup of decaf and one cup of regular for two people/two days.

*No elevator. I forgot to request the first floor (knee injury) and unfortunately none were available when I checked in. *the bed sheets were clean, but stiff and scratchy *there was only one chair in the whole room.it was an office chair with no arms. There was no place for 2 people to sit other than on the bed. * only one face cloth and one hand towel is supplied for 2 people *the TV had to be reset to cable input every few minutes

No problems with wi-fi. Lots of desktop and table space. Good lighting in room. Mattress firm but not hard; pillows adequate. Curtains thick enough to keep room reasonably dark at night. Carafe for in-room coffee, which is a plus for making tea.

On one occasion, the shower made a screeching noise; unfortunately, this was around 5 a.m., so I had to cut my shower short in case the noise was bothering the people in the next room. Otherwise, no complaints.

The location was great and I loved all the parking that was available. I was on my motorcycle and was able to park directly in front of my room. The staff was all friendly and polite and the room was huge!!

The bathroom door kept wanting to close on my while was on the toilet. lol. No big deal since I was staying only for a night. But I'm sure it would have been irritating if I stayed longer. Other than that, everything was good.

We always stay here as we visit loved ones. We use to stay at America Best and Best Western, however, this by far is the best. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We drive 3 hours and usually arrive late evening and always greeted quickly and with no issues. The reservation is easy because I have the app. Thank you to the staff at Brawley and taking care of us. We will see you again in March.

Clean, great breakfast! Best breakfast burrito ever!!

The night front office staff didn't brief me on the type of key and it took some time to figure out how to use it. Parking was a little tricky and had to park near the back door where the lights at the doors didn't work making it dark and difficult to see while I struggled with the key to get into the hallway. The Wifi was horrible for my business needs and as a result the TV wasn't programmed to watch anything. I had to reset and reprogram it to antenna to watch anything. The room door lock didn't always work when using the key, There are lumps in/under the carpet causing a trip hazard. The A/C cover is falling off the unit.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Quick in check in and check out. Breakfast is simple, but a nice bonus the mini pancakes a good on the go breakfast.

The rooms at time seem hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness nothing terrible but a few wall stains or spots on the mirror nothing terrible. One room smelled like smoke.

It was a nicer hotel than the Days Inn. Our room was right next to the entrance/exit and were able to get out to our car easily. The room was very spacious.

The bed was too high and was very uncomfortable getting in/out of bed. The bathtub floor was very slippery and should come with a bath mat. Our toilet would run after flushing and we often had to take the lid off to fix the chain. Finally, the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent and would go bath and forth from hot to cold.

The Brawley Inn is most convenient for the events I attend in Brawley. It's clean, neat, the staff is helpful. It's also less than other hotels in the area.

The bathroom fixtures are showing wear (rust around the sink drain). The bigger problem was that the key had no markings whatsoever & I couldn't figure out how to use it. Fortunately, a nice maid showed me the trick of where to hold the key & listen for a subtle click.

Everything. Jose helped us get connecting rooms after our arrival and we ended up saving money and we're already planning our next trip. It was my pleasure to donate quite a few books to your library. The who whole experience was golden. Thank you one and all.

2 things, The toilet backed up in the night but I didn't call anyone because I didn't want to wake my sister. We requested a late check out but from 11:00 on right up till noon people kept calling and knocking on the door and I was trying to sleep. But I was so happy with everything else it didn't really bother me but I didn't get up because I needed the rest and everything else was so perfect. We will definitely be back. We were sorry not to be able to have waffles which looks so yummy on the website but the burrito was delicious. Thank you all so much.
