1. Pet-friendly. 2. Staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful, engaged, and courteous. 3. King room was comfortable with functional workspace, fridge, and microwave. 4. Breakfast was above average for self-serve facility.

Brawley is a small town so it’s difficult to complain about the specific location, but hotel is certainly a driving (not walking) distance from restaurants, supermarket, rodeo grounds, schools (e.g., for graduation events, etc).

The amenities, the location, and it was pet friendly.

The handicap shower needs to be reconsider. The seat is too far away from reach. My mother who is wheelchair bound needed help as the seat was too far away from the shower head even after retrieving it from its place. Also The air from the ac was somewhat muggy. Like perhaps the filtered needed to be cleaned.

The hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. My partner forgot some items and the staff called us to let us know they would keep them for us. In the morning they gave us a carry out breakfast.
