The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had booked a double room and a triple room on Booking.com, however when we arrived we were told that they had only booked us two double rooms and as such charged us an extra $25 CAD for rooms that were pre booked and paid for. The reason apparently is that they were having problems with the Booking.com and that I would have to take this up with my booking site. I didn’t feel like this was handled very well and didn’t appreciate paying more for something that was already booked.

6th floor or the rooms facing towards road side won’t be a good option when you have a tiring day/drive and want to sleep quietly, the vehicle noise will disturb you. So better get the rooms the other side not towards the road side. Got a broken sofa bed which was disturbing

The rooms were clean and comfortable.The best thing is 24*7 reception availability.We reached the hotel mid night around 1 .00 am and we had a receptionist to give information,handover keys and guide us on the car parking.Nive hospitality overall.Nice breakfast and a free parking available.Locationnis quite close to the Ferry terminal which was an advantage for us

Great value for money. Breakfast selection was very good. Room was little, but ok for one night. Nice little fitness room.

The fold out bed (sofabed) for the children was very narrow and the metal frame was visible and the children could hurt themselves on it while sleeping. Because it was so narrow, we chose to have one of our children in our bed. (They are 7 and 9 years old)

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Easy check in process. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Stayed here with a family of 5 in two rooms.

It was difficult to control the water from going everywhere in the shower, but this was a minor thing compared to all the great things about the property.

Very comfortable stay for a great little hotel. The staff was lovely, the room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a nice stay. The facilities at the hotel were clean and accessible, including a small and functional sauna. The rooms were nice and large and beds were very comfortable.

Nice room, great breakfast, good location.

Wifi did not work in the room (corner room), had to go out into the corridor or sit in lobby (which has nice areas to sit). Due to a big football tournament (probably), the hotel was assumably fully booked and the ’’free’’ parking lot was full after a certain time in the evening.

Breakfast, room, shower, all very good. Help given when the door wouldn't open late in the evening. Very friendly staff. Advice given on where to buy items.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. So all was very good and enjoyable.

No hair dryer, not good quality soap, Room temperature sauna :) some ( not all) local helsingborg people say it is in a scary location but everything was OK for me. About 2 km from center ( still walking distance)
